It was day and it was cold outside, but inside it was a little warmer. Mockingbird leaned against the cave walls, her hands on her upper arms, she was cold. She slid down to sit on the floor of the cave. "Damn it! Its freezing and I have no where to go." Mockingbird muttered. Her black wings soon wrapped around her to warm her and protect her from the harsh cold. It felt a little warmer with her wings wrapped around her. Mockingbird was a light angel, but she was taken away and turned dark, he wings had changed during that to a solid black. She didn't know her sister, Raven, only a few memories of her when they were young. Some light angels might just know her, her red hair, but she wore white. She put her arms around her knees and brought her chest closer.
"You know, if you're cold, perhaps a jacket would help?" Standing towards the entrance of the cave, Seamus had caught the thoughts of the Dark-turned-light angel. He had never met her before, despite being a light angel himself. Any light angels that had lived in his hometown had been killed, but even then he didn't know them. But still, a freezing person was something he dared not ignore. No matter their personality, he would help them until there was no turning back. The encounter of the two angels could easily become an interesting one, unbeknownst to them.

Mocking's wings went back so she would look at him, seeing a light angel always made her mad, The Dark Lord made her believe that they didn't want her. "Why do you care?" Mocking snapped. It was like a growl, it was clear she hated light angels. She stood up her black wings weren't folded back, they were out. She wanted him to see her black wings. "I hate Light Angels so I don't see why I should give a Damn about you." Mocking snapped as she turned away.
Before even saying a single word, he tossed a jacket to her. Perfectly her size, and even had slots for a winged creature such as herself and himself. And since she had her wings out, he determined that he might as well let his pure white wings unfurl. "You see, it is not you who has to give a damn about me, but it is rather I that gives a damn about you. No one should have to go homeless or cold, I've lived enough of that life to know that I would never want to wish that one anyone else." He paused for a few moments, letting her realize that he meant no harm, only good. It was surprising, her thoughts that is. She had been lied to for so long, she had thought forgotten that there was some good in people. "My name is Seamus, and as you've noticed, I'm an angel. But up till now I knew of no distinction between angels as ourselves."

"Don't you think I know what the heck you are?" Mocking snapped. However she put on the jacket, she was cold and she needed something to warm her up. She soon flew out of the cave, her black wing graceful as she flew fast near the cave. She soon stopped her wings and let herself fall. Then her wing came out and flew her up high once again, until she landed on the branch of a tree.
Seamus watched as she flew past, and even continued to watch as she began to fade away into the sky. A couple of different thoughts went through his mind, but he shook them from his mind, as it appeared she had little to no interest in him. Still, he wanted to persue if nothing else, a friendship. But in some ways he reminded him of Sky...the reminiscent thoughts filled his minds as he sat down, his back against the wall of the cave.

Mocking Bird flew and once again she was going to land in the tree until a bullet went by and had almost hit her and she looked to see the police. "Damn it." Mocking Bird muttered as she flew through the trees, then a bullet went by, forcing her to slam hard into the tree beside her. She grunted as she skidded onto the ground. Cut were on her wings and there was now blood on her. She was about to get up to fly, even with the pain of the cuts, but they used a chain to keep her in the ground, like they did before. "Let go of me!" Mocking Bird shouted "I have done nothing wrong." She still shouted, struggling to free herself. Then that is when she saw her, the woman from the last time. "Those black wings, we kow your dark, you should be put behind bars, no trial." The women said as she smirked.
"Help!" Mocking screamed as one came close to her with a taser. They had chains around her feet and arms and she couldn't move at all, the chains being to heavy. "You won't get away with this." She snapped.
As soon as the gunshot rang out, he ran to the cave entrance and leapt out, his wings shooting out from his sides as he flew as fast as he could to her. He wasn't sure who these people were, but anyone imprisoning without a fair trial was not someone to follow. He flew over in time to see the assailants pull the tasers, in which he took from them and threw far away using his telepathy. His landing placed him in-between Mocking Bird and those who wanted her taken away, his sword drawn.

Mocking noticed that Seamus was in front of her, she wondered why, but did care because anything was better then these people. These people wanted her dead when she hadn't kilt anyone, not even attempted murder. She was only gathering info for the Dark Lord, who really only wanted to know more anyways.
Seamus began to use his powers to lift the chains, keeping the sword in a ready position. "Now I mean no trouble, and I believe her for what she has said. Let us go and no one has to be hurt." He could only tell what Mocking had thought of these characters, but beyond that he had no idea who these people were or what there ultimate objective was. But he was ready to use whatever means necessary to get her out of here.

Mocking got up fast bursting into the sky and soon slowing down to land in the tree. She looked at all them, then noticed, the women had her gun in her hand and Mocking Bird burst from the tree and kicked her in the side, knocking her down before she could shoot. She then kicked the gun out of her hands and she stomped on it, smashing it to bits. "There was no need to point your gun." Mocking muttered as she returned to the tree. Mocking Bird was fast indded, she could easily notice and she looked at the rest, who had there hands up and they looked frightened.
Seamus lowered his weapon, walking towards Mocking while keeping an eye on the others. "It is alright now, let us all leave an no one has to get hurt." He finished his sentence by looking into her eyes, and nothing towards the sky.

Mocking Bird nodded, not wanting to get hurt by the police. They thought that black wings meant a black heart of stone, but she could be caring... sometimes. Most of the time she was mean, but if she saw a little kid with no home, she wouldn't kick the kid, she would help them a bit. They almost acted like she had a hollow heart, that wasn't true, not one bit. "We should fly, I don't trust them." Mocking whispered as she took off. She flew, but not far, Seamus had saved her life, she still felt in dealt to him. She flew gently, letting the Breeze carry her, she was soaring across the sky. Her wings didn't flap until she started to go down.
Seamus nodded at her whisper and shot out his wings of white, taking off into the sky. His flaps were harder, in an attempt to catch up before she had gotten too far away. It seemed, however, that she flew slowly as to let him catch up, so his speedy flight didn't take long at all. "Appearances have doomed those who are different. I know the color of your wings don't determine who you are. All they see is a person who is not human. But I see you as no different from myself. Is a swan much different from an eagle? Both fly, yet their colors are opposite." He glided next to her, allowing his speech to settle in, and hopefully with a little luck she would loosen up and actually allow the two to talk and get to know each other.

"Yes even though, any can change." Mocking Bird muttered as she soared, then she went down, touching the lake with her figure tips. Then flapped her powerful wings and began to soar up, she knew that her flying could be daring, but she wondered if the Dark Lord was watching her. Seeing her having to be saved by a light angel. For sure she would be shamed, but she hated those people and she rather risked the shame of having to be saved by a light angel then really anything else. The Dark Lord won't be happy, but I won't be killed, he still needs me and I know it. I am the only one who knows this world well. I like a spy, sly and cunning. Mocking Bird thought as she landed onto the snow.
