A black crow landed gracefully to the tops of a large skyscraper, only, it wasn't a crow, a large black phoenix landed there. With storming eyes it blazed from a magnificent bird to a small human girl. She dropped to her butt and scooted to the edge of the roof, below, story upon story were built upon one anther, below that, the streets of Nova City. Recent trips with Rose and Alex and shaken her up and she had decided to leave it alone. She swung her legs over the edge and leaned back, lying down on the concrete roof with her legs hanging. She closed her eyes, she didn't have a home at the moment, nor, did she care for it. The stars over head were brighter than they were on the ground, they twinkled even brighter as she closed her eyes, unable to stop herself from drifting to sleep.
Seamus dared not wake her from her sleep, but nights in the city could become extremely cold, especially at the tops of the buildings. So as she slept, he laid a blanket over her, tucking it around her cautiously as to not wake her up. Before she could have the chance to wake up, he spread his wings and took off, leaving the gesture to be seen as just a random act of kindness.

She felt the light pressure of cloth, the beat of wings, and silence. She popped up, looking instantly to the skies to see a shadow of a man, "Seamus?" she called out in question. She removed the blanket and flew after him as a phoenix, she darted underneath his shadow to pop up in front of him. "Don't leave." she said hopefully.
He quickly flapped his wings, a move that would stop is forward movement, then turned back and glided down to a landing on the roof in front of her. "Im sorry...I didn't want to wake you...I just wanted you to be warm." He smiled lightly and looked at her. "So you wanted me to stop?"

Ash turned human for a second time and smiled, "Yes, stop by I did. Your the best company I've held so far." she complimented with a light laugh. "But it's okay, I didn't mean to fall asleep up here, thank you." she said with a nod. "You've done a lot for people and no one as helped you yet. I wanna help you now." she explained.
He looked at her confused as he tucked in his wings. Certainly confused, what exactly was she planning on helping him with? "Well thank you, I certainly appreciate that. But help me with what exactly?" This should prove interesting by far, but what should I be expecting?

Ash shrugged, "I don't know. It could be anything. Maybe we could go help people like you usually do only I help too. We could be all ninja like!" she said doing a karate chop to the air. she laughed and turned back more serious, "But it could be anything, shopping, favors, company, or I could get you something. What do you want, not wants, but what do want from your heart." she said looking happy-like. Seamus was always nice to her and helping out, she just wanted to repay his kindness.
She was prepared to offer absolutely everything. Whatever he asked he could have. All he had to do was say the word and she would likely do it. There were so many things that he wanted to say, so many things he wanted to ask, but in the end, one thing stood prominent. "All of those things that you said sound amazing, and I'd enjoy each one. But there's one thing I want most of all. I want a promise. Promise me that unless the person has commited horrible crimes that cannot be justified or were ordered to be done as the police, then do not kill anyone. Promise me you will only kill if you can't escape, and either the person has committed horrible atrocities or there is absolutely no other option. Can you do that for me?"

Ash listened, the seriousness levels rising. She couldn't kill, well, it's not like she would. She could imagine Claw or some other person killing a person out of boredom, but she wouldn't. She nodded, "I can do that for you." she said. "But it won't be enough for me. Let's do something right now, something out of the way. No killing of course but something you can actually enjoy." she said. Ash couldn't do anything extraordinary like get a car or something out of that range, but she could do other things. Not just promises.

Seamus smiled again lightly, hiding his confusion as he tried to figure her out. She kept offering almost as if she wanted a certain reply. But for the life of him he could not figure her out. Besides, it was late at night, so what would there to be to do. Unless she was referring to something in particular....
He thought some more then looked up at her, watching her expression as he began. "Well, I know neither of us have the clothing for it, but would you like to go dance?" There was one club in particular he could think of, where it would be crowded enough so they wouldn't be spotted, but not too crowded that would spoil their fun.

[Hunch?]
Ash lit up like a sky on fourth of July, "Sure, that sounds great. Where do we go?" she asked looked over the edge of the roof. She hadn't hinted anything in particular, she just wanted to get out and do something. rooftops were for thieves and weirdos, she wanted to go into the streets. with Seamus, it'd be twice as fun.
He chuckled softly and walked to the door that served as the roof entrance to the building. "Come on, let's just pretend we are like normal humans tonight, and just cruise around the city until we arrive at where we wanna go." The door opened fairly silently, with only a small creaking noise, just from the temperature change that had been going on lately. His hand held out to her, he smiled and nodded for her to come along.

Ash smiled, "Sure, that sounds about right." she laughed. She watched as the door opened and his hand appeared outstretched for her, she stared at it for a moment like it was a giant bug. But she smirked and took hold of it, it was colder than she originally thought it would be. She followed after Seamus, looking down at the flight of stairs, this was going be awkward for her. "I hate stairs."[/b] she mumbled. they always made her dizzy, like she was gonna fall forward or backwards. Either way, they weren't her favorite place, but she tried to keep quiet and enjoy what was going on currently.
He chuckled softly and swooped her up in his arms, carrying her down the stairs. "There, that should solve your fear of stairs problem." The building was fairly tall, so it did have an elevator a couple of floors down, which took only a few minutes to reach. Once down to that top floor he pressed the call button for the elevator.
