Who knew [Yui]

[Alec M'Crae]

Alec did what he usually was doing on a Saturday morning- sitting crossleged on the marble flooring as trying to solve a puzzle of a couple wolves sitting in the snow. He loved puzzles and the nurses found it worked his brain.
Over the past month he's encountered many interesting people that wanted to be his friends, and one of them he recalled to be in love with during his breid monents of saniy. He liked having friends, and it brought a bit of joy in his life and it drowned the loneliness.
The door to his room opened and his head turned to a nurse. "Hey Alec~ how are you?" She asked. Of course Alec wasn't able to answer , but just stared. "Someone's here to see you. You might not remember her but she misses you a lot." The door opened a little more and Alec decided to turn back to his puzzle since he was almost done, not knowing who was there.

A brunette that looked kind of nervous peeked in after the nurse told Crae that someone was there to see him. Her brown eyes sparkled with happiness when she spotted Crae sitting on the marble floor and finishing a puzzle of two wolves sitting in the snow. A small smile appeared on her face as she watched him figure it out. "That's a pretty puzzle, Alec. Can I join in on the fun too?" She was trying to make a positive experience out of the visit, for she knew that he would probably feel uncomfortable around her. Yui stayed where she was, because she kind of figured he forgot about her and wouldn't recognize her. If she dared to get closer to him, he might push her away and think she's a bad person. She needed to give him some space before she tried to hug him or something. "Do you remember me? I'm your little sister, Yui.... and my real name is Estellise. We both changed our names when we became orphans~ I'm so happy I've finally found you."

The name Estellise did ring a bell and his head quickly turned to look at her. He looked curious and stared for a few seconds in silence. But than he turned back to his puzzle, actually inviting her to at least watch him finish the puzzle. He wouldn't mind some company. He found the last two prices and pieces and one by one put them in the correct spot. Finally the picture was complete and he softly smiled to himself in satisfaction. Alec glanced at Yui again and his smile faded, showing the puzzle to her, wondering if she liked his work.

At least he looked at her. He made some kind of contact with her. Yui walked over to his side slowly and sat down next to him, watching him finish the puzzle. When Crae showed Yui the picture, she clapped and gave him a thumbs up. "Good job, Crae~ It's so pretty! That one reminds me of my pet wolf, Nailah." she said, pointing to the one on the right. "I hope you get to meet her someday. She's very nice towards strangers that aren't willing to harm me."

What was she talking about the wolf? Or, in his eyes a doggy. He didn't know it was called a wolf yet. He was still learning to talk. He felt special when she applauded him, and he was praised by the nurse who walked in after Yui talked about the wolf. "Wow Alec! That's already your second puzzle! Want another one? Maybe your sister can help you!"
Alec didn't know what she was saying but he knew the word puzzle and he assumed he was going to get another one. But he still didn't understand the word sister. "Have we taught him about family yet?" The nurse asked the other nurse outside.
"I don't think so."
"Than we should since his sister is going to visit him a lot. He better know who she is."

Yui wasn't sure which name to call him, so she decided to call him Alex since the nurse called him that. But, Alec could just call her by her orphan name that she gave herself. Yui fitted her better than Estellise, even though Yui kind of missed being called Estelle. It was her real name after all. Alec's little sister smiled at him and nodded. "Yes~ I hope that's okay with you if I come visit you more often. The next time I visit, I'll make sure to bring you some new puzzles. Um... Is there a special puzzle you want me to buy?"

A nurse came and moved Alec's puzzle to the side and gave him a new one. They wouldn't wreck it until he fell asleep because he gets upset if they did in front of him. "It doesn't matter to him as long as its tricky. He likes challenges." She said, spilling the puzzle on the floor in front of him. "Go for it Alec!" The nurse exclaimed before exiting the room,waving them alone for the rest of their time together. Alec looked at the picture on the box and started to work on the puzzle. Than he looked at Estellise, letting her help with the puzzle. It was two tropical birds, one red yellow and green bird and a purple blue and green bird.

That would make sense. Of course, it would be very rude if they did wreck it right in front of Alec right after all of his hard work. Yui nodded to the nurse and said, "Okay then. I'll get one that's very hard, but it has animals." Alec seemed to only have animal puzzles, so that's why she included getting him a challenging animal puzzle. Yui liked animal puzzles too. She hesitated as she reached for one of the puzzle pieces. She didn't want to do or say the wrong thing that would make Alec mad. She just got him back! And, she wouldn't let anything get in her way of seeing him again. Yui just took a deep breath and helped Alec with the puzzle. She didn't want him to get the wrong impression on her if she did something wrong. That's what it was.

Alec already had five pieces put together and looked at the piece she was holding just to see if it would fit in the pieces he had together. He liked she was helping him out and he smiled a little, very much enjoying himself. He liked company and playing games with people who visited him, and it's even better now that he's getting visitors more often. Than he gather a few pieces of the bigger birds head but he was missing the middle pieces. He looked at the piece that Yui was holding again and pushed the gathered pieces over to her with a little laugh. Puzzles with him was hard since it was difficult to keep up. He's good at puzzles.

Yui blushed when Alec laughed a little. She smiled back at him and laughed with him. She really missed seeing Alec smile and laugh. Each smile and laugh made Yui feel very special inside. Alec was the best! Yui placed a few puzzle pieces in their place and smiled with satisfaction. She was still good at puzzles, even though she had never seen one in about a year or so... maybe two.

Within the next fifteen minutes they were able to finish an 800 price puzzle of the birds and Alec laughed happily in triumph. With a joyful smile he looked at Estellise hoping she was happy too. He than shifted the puzzle next to the wolf one. But than his head turned to a sound. However, the sound occurred only in his mind and no one else he heard it. His friend Bloo was back, perched on his bed. The beast let out a roar and it made Alec jump and back up a few steps. Yui wouldn't have any idea what was going on since she couldn't see or hear Bloo, but the beast didn't know who Estellise was and didn't really like her. Alec grabbed Estellise's hand and pushed her outside his room.
The nurses noticed her being pushed out and they knew what was going on. "Sorry dear. It looks like Bloo is back." The one nurse said. Two nurses walked in with hopes on giving him a dose of medication to made his hallucination disappear, but the beast encouraged Alec to fight back. Within five or so minutes they got him in a strait jacket and have him the medication through a needle. "You can go back inside, he should be calmer now." They assured after the walked out.
Alec was placed on his bed in the jacket with an upset face. He was calmer but at least he 'protected' Estellise.

Alec's little sister blushed and smiled at him. It had been so long since she heard him laugh like that. Her cheeks turned to a dark shade of red, and she hugged the boy tightly. "That's it! I love you~" She couldn't handle it anymore. He was just soooo cute! She giggled as she hugged him and blinked in confusion when Alec grabbed her hand and pushed her outside. Estellise peeked in the room when Alec finally calmed down because of the medication. The brunette looked very worried as she stepped into the room. She looked back at the nurse and said, "I want him out of that thing right now. He was just trying to protect me...."

The nurse nodded in understanding. "He just needs a few. We think his friend told him to fight back so in a couple minutes we can take him out. He's just gotta cool down. Go ahead and talk to him I you want it'll help."
Bloo was gone, for it ran through the door and outside, not to be seen again for a long while until the medication wore off. The jacket was uncomfortable but he knew he deserved it. Bloo told him to do bad things and he usually did them. It wouldn't be long until he got let out so i didn't but him much.
