The subway was crowded, pedestrians shoving each other just to get in the small doors that enter the narrow subway. A boy in a black asylum uniform was sitting in the corner of the waiting area, sitting with his knees to his chest, not minding the abundance of dead rats and mildly food he may or may not be sitting on. Alec didn't notice everyone staring at him as they passed by, for he was looking at Bloo, who was hiding on top of the subway.
He was mouthing out words in his own language out to his friend who spoke back to him telepathically. Alec was wondering why no one saw Bloo but himself, for others would find him terrifying. He was afraid of him at first, but he's gotten used to its constant presence.
Once all of the people were hoarded into the subway it started to move, and Bloo was sitting ontop of it still. Alec panicked, wanting Bloo to stay with him. He stood up and ran towards the subway, but smashed into a person who didn't get on the subway. He tumbled in the concrete for a few feet and when he stopped stared up at the person, panic in his eyes for the reason only he knew.

"What, you think I was dead or something?" Seamus smiled down at Alec, holding out a hand to help him off the ground. "How you been buddy, good to see you again!" He smiled down at Alec, then looked up and nodded to Bloo. Due to the ability to read and see into each person's mind, he too saw Bloo. Perhaps the only other person who could within a fifty mile radius. A very...interesting creature he was.

Alec knew the familiar face, and indeed he was very fond of the angel. He took his hand and stood up, looking at the subway that took Bloo away. He was going to try to talk to Seams and tell him his situation, for before he ran away again, he was being taught how to speak. He tried saying Bloo's name, but it didnt didn't come out quite right. "Broo~!" he exclaimed, pointing down the dark tunnel. "Broo~!"

Mind reading became very handy in this situation, as he learned quite a lot from just the few moments that the two had been together. And speech? My how much he had been improving. But getting Bloo back (no matter how crazy that seemed) was his first priority. "Come with me Alec," he said, holding his hand and pulling him down a service tunnel, a quicker way to the next station.

Alec took his hand, not knowing what was happening at this moment. All he knew was he was scared to death of wherever he was being taken. He thought he was being taken away from Bloo and it made him feel insecure, no matter how much he trusted the angel. "Bloo!!" He yelled, trying to pull away from Seamus, but failing for he wasn't strong at all. His body grew cold out of fear and he started to hyperventilate, calling out Bloo's name hoping he would come and help, but sadly Bloo didn't show.

They burst through the doors at the station where the subway had stopped, hopefully Bloo would be here this time. "I'm sorry to scare you, is Bloo still on the train? This is the train you got off." He hated that he had to scare him or made him worry, but worrying about where Bloo was probably would have sent him into lock down,

Alec stood very close to Seamus now. He wasn't screaming anymore but he didn't seem to want to communicate even though he had no clue what Seamus what saying. The subway arrived and came to a hault. The doors slid open and the large mass of people started to rush out. Alec was frightened again and hid behind Seamus, his hands gripping onto the back of his shirt so he wouldn't loose him in the rush. After the people left and new ones went inside the subway train it started to move again. Alec peeked over Seamus's shoulder and kept a close eye on the top of the train as it raced away. Bloo wasn't in sight. Alec looked around their surroundings in panic. Nothing. The boy looked at Seamus again, not knowing what to do. In the end he was back to the Angel's side, holding onto his arm and his head hidden in Seamus's shoulder. Now that Bloo was gone he was afraid again. He knew Bloo comes and goes without warning but he didn't like it. Ate ask he was guarded by someone he knew.

As a figment of his condition, Seamus figured that Bloo might not be at the station. All imagined things come and go, but this effected Alec more than most people. For now, Seamus would have to protect Alec and be them for him, at least until Bloo decided to return. The creature himself was almost surprisingly twisted and scary, but as long as it didn't make Alec go on an insane rampage, Seamus saw no harm at the moment. Normal conversation with Alec though seemed to have little to no effect, so mind-communication seemed to be the best way to go. He will be back, I promise. How about we go outside and eat something, I'm sure he will catch up with us there...

Seamus's assuring thoughts translated into Alec's language, and the boy looked up and nodded his head, letting go of Seamus's arm. Alec hasn't eaten since he escaped from the mental institute two days ago and he would kill for food right now. And maybe Bloo would eat with them, just like Seamus said. The boy smiled softly, feeling safe again with a friend that he knew had to potential of protecting him around for the time being. He wondered if Seamus would end the day by taking him back to the mental institute. The people were nice there, and he always forgets the reason why he left in the first place. It's always because of Bloo. Bloo was so real to him since he was Schizophranic and Bloo would tell him to leave, so he would do so to spare the 'friendship' for a little longer.

I'll keep you safe until Bloo returns. Where we go today is up to you, I'm not going to take you anywhere you don't want to go. And you don't have to say anything, I understand each of your thoughts, and I too can see Bloo. Just think, and I will understand. So, what do you want to eat? Anything certain thing sound good? Seamus personally didn't care what they eat, as long as he could make Alec happy. In a way, Seamus almost viewed him as a son. Alec was in the right age range, and Alec always seemed to respond favorably to him. But he was almost to an age where he could handle himself, so he would just try to be the big brother of the whole situation.

Alec didn't know the names of any food, so he shrugged his shoulders and replied through his mind. I don't know the names of any kind of food. he said that in his own language, but it translated into English in the Angle's mind. Alec turned his head and looked at the stairs leading up to the town again and saw people starting to make their way in the waiting area. Can we leave? he asked, backing up behind Seamus.

Seamus nodded down to him as he put his arm around Alec's shoulders. Of course we can go, let's find you something you like. If you see something, stop me and we'll go inside. This was kind of nice, Seamus thought. Just being able to hang out, not worrying about someone getting murdered or about his heart's desire. No, it was just two friends who were on the look out for some food and some fun along the way.

Alec smiled and they started to walk out of the subway station, doing their best to keep away from the rush of people. Alec was still a little timid around all the people even though Seamus was by his side. It got worse when they got up to the city. It was pretty busy and it just frightened him more. Maybe he didn't think this through..

It was easy for anyone to sense the nervousness of the teen, and Seamus worried that he might begin to shut down. If Alec shut down here, there would be plenty of trouble of trying to get him out. So to avoid this, Seamus directed the two to the less busier streets, away from the center of the city. Here, there were much less people to avoid, and easier to see all the different stores around them.

Thank God Seamus knew his way around the town. Alec was able to loosen up, just a little though. He scanned all the food stores, finding there were a lot of places to eat around here. Especially a lot of pastry shops. Yum~ but than he stopped himself and realized he shouldn't be eating sweets. His stomach might not be able to take it. Alec passed by a sub shop and it wasn't crowded at all. He could smell the baking bread from outside and he decided to choose there to eat. Alec looked at Seamus and silently asked approval to enter, along worth a growl of his stomach.
