With a newly shined black case in his hands, he walked down the sidewalk. A particular task set on his mind. He'd been taking classes ver since he was a small boy, the shining brass of a wind instrument. He loved playing, but ever since he and his brother's sentencing, he had been stripped of everything including his own lovely instrument. Children walked out of the classroom, their parents guiding them to awaiting cars and other developments of fast transportation. James loved kids, he wanted his own one day, but under his own current state, he doubted he'd ever even get married. The blonde boy opened his case, the fresh sun illuminating the school, just as the kids walked by. He picked up the one thing he loved, the trumpet. He brought to his lips, the kids, seeing the flash of brass, pausing to look at him.
He was the entertainer, and they were the crowd. Kids applauded, nodding and swaying to his upbeat playing. The smiles on their faces matched his own resonating heart. At times like this, even with his disabilities and powers, that his spirits were really high. His sounds stopped and the children laughed, saying their thanks and running off to make it home in time for dinner. He smiled brightly, waving at them with a grin. But the sound of footsteps did not recede even after the kids were all gone. He turned around, "Enjoy?" He asked on a reflex.
