Sticking Around

[Christina Myers]

Christina came to the Cafe, early this morning. She bought a Coffee and sat down at a table. She was maybe a werewolf, but that didn't mean she couldn't live the good life. Going to places when she wanted to. She always liked this part of the city.

[Claw]

Claw walked into the cafe. She was in the mood for something sweet, and she just wanted to relax a little, and she didn't feel like killing right now, so she decided it was safe to go out in public. Claw always had a nice pocket full of money she stole from someone. She bought a carmel frappe and sat down, sipping quietly from her plastic cup. People were giving her weird looks, wondering why someone so young was alone and drinking coffee but she didn't care. If someone decided there might be something different about her she could escape, and she would probably hear if someone called the police.

Christina saw the young girl. She smiled and wave. Christina was always a friendly girl. She didn't go into town much after the murderings. She saw in the paper tht someone was murder again. She frowned, she was worried. Christina was a youngh werewolf and there was a chance he would be found.

[Claw]

Claw looked at the newspaper in the other girls hand, even though she was sitting kind of far away she had very good eyesight. She thought she recognized a picture of someone on there. Then she remembered, it was the guy from the ally. The jerk. She smiled to herself, careful not to show her teeth. Now he would be just one of those guys you here about in the news. No one cares about the guy or who he was. They would just wonder who did it.

Christina was still worried, even if it was one of the officers. It made it more dangerous to stay and town, but she had to is what it felt like. She grew up in Nova City.

[Claw]

Claw sat there, day dreaming, and chewing on the end of her straw, when suddenly, she heard someone say something. "Do you thing she's a monster?"
"I don't know she might be."
"Let's call the police, just in case."
Claw didn't look over in the direction of the people, but she could tell that someone was talking to the manager. She just calmly got out of her seat and started to walk towards the door. She had never had to hurt anyone in public and she didn't want a poster with her face and a reward for capture or something, but before she could walk out the door someone, it seemed like the manager stepped in front of her and announced to everyone. "We have reason to believe there is a monster in here, please, everyone remain calm and wait in their seats for the police to arrive so they can check everyone to be sure." People started talking quietly to each other as several people, most look like worried staff members, stepped in front of the door so no one could get out. Claw stopped, she didn't know what to do. She saw some people giving her worried and disapproving glares. She could odviously tell that she was the reason all this was happening. If she fought her way out, she could probably never go out in public safely again.

Christina heard it all. She stood up. "I highly dout a monster would come here. don't be so paraniod." Christina said. She smiled and her eyes were soft. She had her hands on her hips. "Come on, she is just a kid." Christina insisted.

[Claw]

Claw narrowed her eyes a little. She didn't like to be called a kid, but she was thankful for the help right now. Her eyes were wide, and her brain was going a billion miles per hour. She sighed and sat down. "No, it's okay, they can check." She said. She had some up with a plan, hopefully no one would accuse her of being a monster immediately, but she would just have to wait to see if it would work. She could already hear police sirens in the distance.

"Well she is my neighbor's daughter. I am pretty sure Mrs. Canitar will want her home very soon." Christina lied. It was very convincing. Christina was only helping her because she was a werewolf, and whiat happened at the cave, surly the police would reconize her.

[Claw]

The manager was beginning to look uncertain, "Well, um, we already called the police, so it would be rude to waste their time. I'm sure we could just call her." Claw looked at him with big, innocent eyes, but in her head she was thinking you are soooo dead.

"Mrs. Canitar is devorced. It happened two days ago and she will be upset if little Sophie didn't get home on time. Sophie wanted to come to town and Mrs.Canitar wasn't able to take her cause her heart is broken." Christina kept pushing. She frowned as if to be sad for tyhe devorce. "You can blame it on me. Tell them Anna Hamson wasted your time." Christina said. She used a fake name to make sure that the police wouldn't find her. Also in case they knew that Christina was a werewolf.

[Claw]

Claw looked at the manager, she could tell he wasn't going to change his mind. He was actually looking at the other girl kind of suspiciously. Before he could do anything Claw charged right at him, and at the last second slipped between his legs and barreled through the glass door then quickly ran behind the cafe, flew up on top, and hid behind one of the big things sticking out on the roof, probably a generator or something. She was worried for the other girl, she wanted to make sure she got out okay.

"Um, Sorry, i think I will just run." Christina said. Then it was too late the police came. "Look who we found. You shouldn't have come back Wolfie." The man said. Christina backed up, she knew what she had to do. "You want a fight tough guy." Christina mocked. She instantly kicked one back into the others and ran out of the Cafe. "You should bring..." Christina relized there were more. "My my, I guess I will need more power." Christina said. She changed into an inbettween form and knocked cars down and escaped to the forest. Then changed into her wolf form and made an escape. Last she changed back to human.

[Claw]

Claws eyes widened. It was another one, another monster. She grinned and unflattened her ears. Then she jumped out and swooped down on the remaining police and laughed as they all ducked their heads in fear. She gave them the finger, with her claws out, then flew off into the forest after the other girl.

Christina laid under a tree deep in the forest now. "Police, such jerks." Christina sighed. Her blue eyes loked up to see an apple. She picked it and began to eat. She didn't get enough time to eat before she left the Cafe. Even if it was forced.
