Time for the visit to the city of monsters, otherwise known as Nova City. Tez made her visit there everyday, visiting different parts of it, helping the people who needed help. There was a lot more crime in Nova City so more and more people were starting to think she was insane when she collapsed on the ground in a fit of screaming. She was running down the side of the mountain. She knew exactly which path to take so that eased the strain of having to slow down and not run as fast as she could down the mountain side. Who doesn't love that? Well, normal people for one, but she wasn't normal, just some freak who lived on a mountian and knew when people were in trouble. How lovely.

Tez rocketed down the side of the mountaian, seemingly unstopable, then a deer jumped out infront of her. Tez tried to stop herself, but not in time. She crashed into the deer, flipping over the deer and getting kicked in the stomach by it. She didn't stop there though, the slop of the mountain kept her going. She tried curling into a ball and then suddenly she hit a tree. She uncurled herself and groaned. That was nothing compared to what happened when she had one of her visions. She pushed herself up, but couldn't really get too far up. Running down a mountain, not one of her best ideas, but when Tez looked around she realized that she was at the bottom of the mountain. Win!

Tez jumped up, stumbled, and swayed a little bit, but she stayed standing. She gripped her stomach where the deer had kicked her. Well now she wanted to throw up. She just stood there for a second bent over, but then she straightened and dusted herself off. She had a job to do. She got into her character of being a blind, mute girl. It's so much easier this way, nobody bothers her like this. Today her destination was the docks. Tez staggered forward and soon she was back to running. When Nova City came into view there was no doubting that there were people there. It was so fabulous, everytime she saw it she smiled, but then she stopped smiling and stopped running.

Tez circled around to the edge of the city as to aviod huge crowds and then walked into the city only to walk instantly to the docks. The sound of the waves against the shore was so soothing and the boats around here were so pretty. She just loved it, too bad she had to not look around in order to keep up her act of being a blind mute girl. People looked at her funny, as if they knew she was blind. They were oh so wrong. She even bumped into a few people to make sure that her act was kept up. The the feeling began, the pain that she feared so much, that she hated, but would seak out anyways. She crumpled to her knees as the vision raided her mind.

A lady, just standing there at the end of the dock and a man behind her, holding a knife. He was going to rob her, and stab her if she didn't listen to him. As the vision faded away Tez became aware that she had been screaming. People were staring at her like she was insane, maybe she was, but her visions had never been wrong before. Tez ran toward the end of the dock, she just prayed that she would make it. The lady in her vision had a strong will and would fight back, she would get stabbed if Tez didn't get there in time. Tez could see them now, the man yelling at the lady for her to give him her money. Tez lunged.

She crashed into the guy, sending him into the water, her following close behind him. The only problem with her plan was that she couldn't swim. Tez thrashed around in the water until she managed to grab the pole that supported the dock. She sputtered out water and looked around frantically. She then saw that the guy she had shoved into the water was swimming towards her. Tez's eyes widened in shock, not because the guy was swimming towards her, but because a hand had grabbed her arm. The hand pulled her out of the water.

When she looked up she saw it was some man she didn't even know. She smiled at him and dipped her head to him. Then she started to gently push him away from the edge of the dock. Tez started walking in a random dirrection and then walked to the start of the dock where there was a bench. She sat down on it and listened as police sirens arrived. She smirked as the guy was pulled away. He was screaming at Tez herself. "You're gonna die one day girl! All those criminals are going to catch up with you!" He shouted. She wasn't worried, none of the people that got put in jail because of her ever got out, but she was worried abotu her mother.

[Mocking Bird]

It was daylight. A time when Mocking Bird didn't usual come out. She perfered the night, but couldn't get a hint of sleep. She toke off into the bright blue sky. She saw a police car taking someone away. "Hmm, most people here seem to get caught. I must be specail." Mocking Bird muttered. She then got pecked by a seagul. "Knock it off you dumb bird." Mocking Bird hissed. Then more appeared, all looking angry. Mocking Bird went on her way. Then was pecked by more. "Go away." Mocking Bird hissed. She couldn't take it anymore. She dove down and into the water.

A Big splash came up. She came up, her arm crossed as her feet kicked keeping her up. She swam to shore. Her wings were soaked and heavy. "I now hate seaguls." Mocking Bird muttered. She sat on a rock, waiting for her wings to dry. She didn't want to wait on land where the police could possibly come after her. She looked to the water to see some feathers from her wings. "Stupid Seaguls." She muttered. She didn't like loosing her feathers.

She wanted to fly, but her wings would be heavy and she wouldn't be high enough to stay out of sight anyways. She wouldn't be able to sky higher then half a skyscraper. She hated to get her wet, but sometimes she had to. The Seaguls had gotten to annoying and she couldn't risk falling. She could see a girl. She looked scared. "Hmm, what is this I see." Mocking Bird whispered. She wondered if the girl had seen her dive.

She hoped not. She couldn't get discovered by a singal soul. SHe wouldn't mind. Mocking Bird didn't kill, she was hoping to keep a low profile in Nova City. So she just watched. She didn't ever see the murderer which was a little odd for someone who went around watching death. For some reason it ammused her. Her wings weren't close to dry. So she decided to watch. She hoped the girl wouldn't come close to her.

Tez had no idea that there was somebody watching her. If she had been aware then she probably would have left, suspecting that the person was mean and just wanted to attach her. That was why Tez didn't like crowds. She always thought that people were going to attack her. She stood up, still soaking wet, and walked to the end of the dock, where she sat down and dipped her legs in the water. Tez looked to her side and saw that there was a knife there. She frowned as she realized that it was the same knife that the guy was going to stab the lady with. Tez picked it up and hurled it as far as she could into the water.

Then Tez was aware of all the birds. She narrowed ehr eyes as she realized that they were white, but some of the feathers in the water were almost the exact opposite of the color. Tez lay on her stomach and looked under the dock, only to see the girl under it. She freaked out and surprise she fell into the water again, but this time since she was closer to the dock she managed to grab hold of it much faster.

[Mocking Bird]

Mocking watched her fall. After Tez had fell, Mocking snickered. She then heard alarms. Then she dived into the water. Only to see it was am Ambulence. She glared at the Ambulence. "Really." Mocking muttered. Mocking Bird crawled back up on shore. Laying on three rocks now. She watched the clouds.

A Seagul peaked her arm and was grabbing the red band. "Let go." Mocking growled. Only to end up pulling it out of the Seaguls mouth and falling onto the sand. Now she was covered by sand all thanks to a seagul. It flew away sqwacking. Now Mocking was in the small opening under the rocks. As if to be hiding from the seaguls. The something pinched her leg. "Ow." Mocking said, then hit her head on the rock. She grabbed a small crab and threw it into the water.

Mocking usually liked the coast, but right now she hated it. SHe was siting on the same rock. She saw a crab and picked it up. She skided it across the water. Then she snikered again. She now had to new things that she hated. Seaguls and Crabs. She didn't suspect her to hate so many stuff that was at th coast. Then she felt a tug and was grabbed. "I think I found a bontey." The man whispered into her ear. Mocking rolled her eyes. She stompped hard on the mans foot.

Then got one of her hands free and grabbed then knife. She threw it. Then smirked at the man. Grabbing him also and tossing him. Useing some of her power to make him skid. She then laughed. "Not getting me." Mocking laughed. She watched as the man hit a boat. They toke him aboard. They had watched the whole thing. Now Mocking was hiding under the dock. Sitting and waiting until she could come out.
