[Alex Richardson]

Alex laid back in his chair. Ash still had his hat, so he shielded his eyes from the sun. He slowly sipped his coffee and thought about how much his life had changed after Prison. More friends, a rejected love, and freedom. It felt good to stretch, and relax, so he did. Alex was in a tranquil state, drinking his coffee, when he suddenly did a spit take, his eyes wide open. Ash still had his hat! Alex noticed people staring and he laughed weakly. "Sorry. Burned myself." He sat back down.


You most likely lost your favorite hat. Nice work genius Alex scolded himself. After a while, he sighed, and closed his eyes. Little did he know that he drifted to sleep

The cafe was a regular thing nowadays. she loved the smells, the coffee, the smells of baked goods, teas, herbs, it was amazing as soon as she walked in. The sky was a bright blue in comparison to her stormy grey eyes. she smirked, taking off Alex's hat, she had forgot to given it back, but it seemed he'd forgotten to ask for it. To tell the truth she'd gotten used to it up there, it felt nice to have the sun not constantly making her squint. It smelled nice too, but she never admitted that.
Ash walked into the cafe as a regular customer, her feet taking her instantly to the counter where a nice girl took her order of mint tea. The other visitors seemed startled, she looked around, had something happened? Her eyes scanned the scene for a possible friend, she had almost missed the sleeping Alex on a table in the corner. "Alex?" she asked aloud, but she quieted herself as she noticed his sleepy behavior.
She pulled up a chair and sat across from him, watching him sleep. Alex looked peaceful, but most people probably did. Ash reached up, retrieving the hat to put on Alex over his eyes. She stared at him sleep, he looked sorta....
Her cheeks reddened and she turned away, but nonetheless she kept quiet and let him sleep.

He dreamt about a phoenix, and how it had nearly burned his wings. It came closer, and then his eyes flashed open. Startled, he stood up and hit his knee on the table. Wincing, he slammed his head down, in an effort to grab his knee. Alex shook his head and noticed Ash. His cheeks turned red, and stammered. "Ugh..who? Damn. Oh hey Ash." Almost immediatly, he stopped wincing, and sat down, ignoring the pain. "How long have you been standing there?"
He noticed people staring because of the earlier experiance. "What are you guys looking at? Go get a girlfriend, ior boyfriend,and get on with your lives!"
Someone got cocky, and said, "I don't see you with one." Inside, Alex was murdering himself to resist turning into a griffin, and said, with gritting teeth, "I do have one. Don't believe me?" He leaned over and kissed Ash on the cheek. "Happy now?" Finally, he sighed. "Sorry about that."

Ash watched in amusement as Alex popped up, hurt his knee and his face all in the same movement. she started to giggle, but when people started to look again she immediately stopped. That must have been what startled them before.
What are you guys looking at? Go get a girlfriend, ior boyfriend,and get on with your lives!
I don't see you with one.
I do have one. Don't believe me?Happy now?
Ash looked at him funny, but she closed her eyes as he kissed her cheek. She blushed real deep, stuttering when she talked. "I-it's alright A-Alex" she took a deep breath to calm her nerves. "I just got here, I brought your h-hat."
Damn stuttering... She growled slightly to herself.

"You sure? You don't look ok. And you should see someone about that stutter." Alex joked. "Thanks for the hat. I probably should've asked for it, though. Want me to pay for another mint tea? I spit-took my coffe anyways, so I got to go buy one."

[Rose Scarlet]

(What would happen if Rose jumped in? XD)

Rose stood at the door holding in open her face showing pure rage. Walking in just at the moment of the kiss was not what she wanted to see. Ideas of what could be going on and the relationship behind Alex and this girl. Sharp fangs showed in her snarl and her nails turned to sharp claws ready to tare flesh. Rose thought if she should figure out what was going on, but she had a very clear idea of what was going on. Of course, Rose had no reason to bark when she told Alex that she was unsure about her feelings of him, but never had she thought he would run of and flirt it up with another female. Rose's grip on the door tightened and she started to bend the metal. Purple flames showed in her eyes as she stood staring at the two with a hateful flaming gaze.

(If rose jumped in, mass chaos would ensue, and the building would burn down Yay! Eiwdeghy)
Alex could feel something awkward burning the air, literally. A burnt taste filled the air and he saw Rose. Alex stood up, and started explaining himself. "No Rose it's not what it looked like!" He proceded to walk towards her, when he noticed her claws and fangs. Dammit. This is why I didn't want to reenter a love life. Too much explanations, and heartbreaks Alex then pushed past her and turned into a griffin. Afterwards, he flew off, and thought about going back to the prison, but thought against it. Inside, he had so much guilt and regret within, that commiting suicide became plan B. "God dammit, Alex. You've screwed your life over, and there's nothing you can do about it. Sound familiar?" Alex muttered.

(Great. I'm hungry, and is too lazy to get something...............)

Ash watched as someone walked in with fangs and claws. Alex left in a hurry and she was left to finish things. She looked at the girl, "I'm sorry it really was an accident. Don't get the wrong idea please." She turned out the door, not knowing what might happen. She turned unto a phoenix and took off in a flash. She didn't want to leave Rise in confusion, but she didn't want to leave Alex either.

Rose tried to grab him when he made a break for the exit, but had not luck. Turning to the girl with burning eyes she growled, "I will kill you later!" Running outside she forced her wings to break from her back and she leaped up into the air with force that came from her burning rage. In hot pursuit she followed Alex's scent until he was in sight, "Alex! Don't run from me!" Flying in the sky she waited till he was in the right spot and folded her wings falling towards Alex with amazing speed. She opened her arms ready to take him and herself, crashing to the ground.

Alex wasn't paying attention, until the last second. When Rose slammed into him, he turned back into a human, his eyes closed. This is a close second to suicide, so he embraced the opportunity and waited for the impact. There was nothing he could and would do. His hat flew off and was whisked away by the wind. Had he really just caused the bane of his existance?

Realizing he had turned back to a human Rose tried to fix her speed, but had no luck. Knowing Alex was weak in his human form Rose shifted them around. A wave of pain ran through her body has she hit the earth. Rose placed Alex above her so her body would take in the impact of the fall. Bones had been shattered and skin cut. Eyes closed, Rose laid their limp.

(Well things escalated quickly)

When he opened up his eyes, the first thing he noticed was Rose limp underneath. "Rose?" He softly whispered. "Dammit Rose! Why would you do this?" Alex could feel tears appearing, and he quickly turned into a griffin, and picked her up. Instantly, he flew at a speed fast enough to create a sonic boom. "Don't worry Rose. As much as you may hate me, I'll save you, even if it costs me my day." He thought (too lazy to use italics. Especially on an android. Sorry :/)

Rose showed no signs of moving, but inside her body it was another story. With the power to heal at fast rates, Rose's body started to piece itself back together. The bones reformed and became strong again. The cuts and blood returned to her body and closed themselves up. Rose slowly raised herself up and shook her head. Looking down at her feet she realized she was flying, but no by herself. Sent into panic she wrapped her arms around Alex trying to control her shaking body.

Ash had gotten lost, she had thought she'd seen the two crash, she got scared something had happened. When she landed to investigate she found not hide nor hair of Rose or Alex. "This is all my fault, isn't it?" She knew the answer. She should have kept the hat, she thought bitterly. Biting her tongue she turned from beast to human just in time to see a winged creature holding a girl in the sky. Alex was going too fast for her to catch up, she sincerely wanted to fix things. Apologize maybe then go away. She followed on foot, turning back into a bird occasionally to make things go along easily.

Seamus, being the observant creeper as he normally was, had also been in the cafe when the whole thing went down. He didn't make himself known to the three of them, because he wanted to try and learn more about each one. From what he could see and read from their minds, their stories were going as follows: Rose had opened up for the first time in her life since the incidents a long time ago, and had begun to fall for Alex. As for Alex, he did like Rose, but much like Seamus himself, he was a flirt to some extent, and he was insecure when people taunted him. Unable to control himself from these taunts, he tried to please those who said these things and had let his flirting side get a hold of him, kissing Ash on the cheek. Rose understandably was angered, and considering her normal patterns of existence Seamus was surprised that no one had died yet. As for Ash, well this had been possibly the more heartbreaking portion than the other two. While she never admitted it to herself, she found Alex attractive, and any regular human could see that she liked him. He had hoped that Ash may have liked him, but life goes as it does, and Alex just seemed to be the popular ladies man in the town.

After the display put on by Rose(encratz) and (Guildestern) Alex, everyone in the cafe was understandably frightened. Seamus put on his best impression of fright, so that he would blend in with the crowd so they wouldn't execute him in public. Through it all, he laid the money for his drink on the table, and snuck out the back entrance. If he knew Rose at all, Ash was probably going to need protection. Not that she wanted it from him, nor did he really want to see her at the moment with his heart how it was.
