Claw narrowed her eyes when she was Seamus standing there, but she didn't face the human so she wouldn't know. "Come on, just a little further, that's were I last remember having it. Once they were in the shadows, Claw hissed and turned around, before the human could scream, she drove her claws through it's throat, almost killing it. She didn't have time to savor the moment like she usually did so she just stopped on it's head, caving in it's skull, then crossed her arms, eyes red, ears back, "What are you gonna do now?" she asked him.
He growled and as quick as a blink whipped out his pistol and shot directly at her. Not aiming for anywhere that would kill her, but in the direction to hit her.
Claw hissed, and ducked out of the way, the bullet just grazing her arm enough to draw a slim trickle of blood. She hated guns, they were so unfair. She leaped up in the air and behind him. "This is unnecessary." she said, "I thought you didn't like violence, but you're starting it." she shook her head, smiling. "Nobody likes a hypocrite."
The ground below her reached up and wrapped around her feet as he turned around, looking at her. "I didn't start anything. All Im doing is defending the innocent. I've never murdered a single person, you've killed innocent blood. Don't lecture to me about hypocriticism." He kept himself just far enough away so she could reach as the ground attempted to restrain her.
Claw laughed again and shook the ground off of her, leaping up in the air and spreading her wings, she just hoped the police wouldn't see her. "You don't understand, I have to, and you're just trying to restrain me. Attacking me isn't gonna do any good. It's just gonna give me one more person to kill" She swooped down on her, claws out, swiping towards his head.
He ducked down below her and slid back to face her. "There's plenty of other sources. Blood banks, prisoners, people who are actually guilty of a crime." He determined to fight defensively, he just wanted to hold her till the cops showed.
"Blood banks, I don't drink blood, I'm not a vampire. Rose does that kind of stuff. Prisoners are in prison, can't go there, and not many people commit crimes, there aren't enough people in the world that do, gotta go with what you got." Claw crossed her arms, still in the air, appearing relaxed, but never letting down her guard.
"Then what is your obsession with killing humans if you have no need to drink blood?" He watched her silently, as quietly a brick from one if the walls behind her. To get her to stop flying would make it easier for her to caught. But he made no motion of continuing to attack.
"I don't know, I just have to." she sighed. "I tried not doing it once, and I just about went insane, after the first three days, I wanted to kill everything in sight, no matter what or who they were and, when I lost control, I did." she shrugged. "It's just who I am, so I had to go with it." Claw started to feel a weird, heavy, lump in her throat, and it hurt when she swallowed. She looked at him in anger, not knowing what it was. "Did you do something?" she asked. Her eyes were starting to water.
Seamus looked at her confused and kept the brick levitating right next to the wall. Perhaps whatever was happening to her would cause her to stop trying to get away. "I didn't do anything..." he said sounding confused. He wanted to know what was going on with her.
She slowly floated down to the ground, confused. Warm, wet tears were streaming down her face. Was this what they call...crying? She doesn't remember crying before, ever, even when she was a baby. She frowned, but remembered to keep up her guard. She made a weird hiccuping sound with her throat, that never happened before. She started to think about that day, she was about eight years old, she still remembers the dying screams of the humans has she slaughtered them one by one, the kids screaming for their mothers, she had just been at the wrong place at the wrong time, but still, she felt bad. More tears started to stream down her face, and she crossed her arms again defensively and leaned against the wall.
The brick replaced itself back into the wall as Seamus began to walk back over to her. She was actually crying...she was feeling remorse. But what could have possibly sparked this random feeling of emotion? If she was truly feeling remorse though, he couldn't possibly turn her in. He was conflicted now, but the nicer side won over. "Come on...let's get you out of here before the cops show up..."
Seamus shrugged his shoulders but extended his hand towards her. "Its either you come with me and I patch you up, or the cops pick you up here, charge you with murder, and the prison tears you apart." His eyes show that he was genuinely serious about helping her out, and he hoped he'd make her mind up quick.
"Or I could just go off by myself." she said, but she didn't make any move to go anywhere, she just stood there, silent tears streaming down her cheeks, looking down at the concrete.
