After she's done with the persons body and mind she usually takes some of their soul with her, like a soul sucker. This usually leaves them ill or with some forgotten memory.

History: River was the depressed one in her family. She was born and basically the day after her birth she was taken by her father and taken to live with their Aunt. River knew she never really met her Mother and as she got older she began to think she was the cause of her mothers death. She grew up absolutely depressed. Later she met Shay, Fury, and Rose and learned she didn't cause her Mothers death. Yet she stayed icy and cold just she no longer hated herself. Over the years she sort of became the second leader of the Wish Sisters. Naturally that role should go to Meado and Merci with them being older and all, but no, River always took control when something happened and Storm wasn't around.
