A young man waltzed into the lively bar with an outfit that spoke 'don't mess with me' in a strong force to it. In his right hand was a freshly rolled joint, creating a new scent in the bar that most found pleasant. Kellin, the boy with far to much confidence, sat on a bar stool and took a long drag as he waited patiently for someone to serve him. Tonight, Kellin was a little down and decided instead of his normal medication to instead drunk until he forgot about his day, someone he wouldn't turn down, upset or not. After puffing out rings of smoke, the bartender finally arrived to serve him, and he ordered a drink that within the next couple hours he wouldn't be able to remember. After a little while he felt tipsy, his finished joint sitting on the bar counter as he tried to focus his vision. Kellin's head turned a little when he saw someone take a seat close by, close enough for communication anyway. He wasn't able to tell if it was a boy or a girl, but he needed to talk about something. Anything.

"Coming Sir," Rose called out to a rowdy customer. They were all so noisy since the start. She had only been at the job for a few weeks and things were already bad. Her normal outfit was a white t-shirt, black necktie, black paints, and black shoes. Her elbow length silky black hair was pulled back into a ponytail so it wouldn't get in her way. She didn't wear any make-up and she was very happy with her work, but then today when she came in for her shift her boss had a surprise. When she went to her locker she found a new set of clothes and a note saying this was to be her new outfit. Rose had gotten the idea from her boss's actions that he was starting to like her, for her body anyway. He would always wink and grin that gave Rose shivers. Now her new work outfit was skin tight leather pants that were tucked into black boots that went up to her knees and had 4 inch heels on them. She was wearing a black corset that had black shiny lase running up the front. Some of her belly showed from it and a good part of her chest as well. On her left arm she had ribbon running from her palm to her shoulder. Around her neck was a choke collar that had a small ring and a chain hanging from it which rested a little above her corset top. Her black silky hair was down and her lips were red with lipstick and her eyes were dark with eyeshadow and it made her blue eyes stand out. She had very fair and soft skin which made everything come together.
Rose gathered the classed from the table and started walking to the bar. She noticed the guy who she saw walking and as she got closer she could tell he was tipsy. Rose released a sigh, what made him different from the other, nothing. She watched as a man sat next to him and in front was a glass that the bartender forget to grab after the last person sat there. Rose made her way over to the spot and grabbed the glass, "Sorry about that Sir, let me get that for you." As Rose grabbed the glass she felt a cold hand on her wrist and she turned her gaze to the man. "Please let go of me." He shook his head, "Come join me for a drink and I may reconsider." Rose pressed her teeth together. She had no interest in this man. He as ugly and rotten to the corr. "No thank you, I am working and will get in trouble if I sit." The man hissed and pushed Rose onto the bar so her back was flat against the top. He held a hand around her throat and she looked at him with fearful eyes.

Kellin, as almost-drunk as he may seem, would never treat a woman with such disrespect. The young man may be the kind of person any parents would dread to see their daughters date, yet at the same time, at least he knows how to treat girls properly. Kellin has come to realize that around the age of fourteen, that hidden under all the makeup a girl may wear she wants to be treated right, and not holding a baby in her stomach or walking around with a black eye. At first, he ignored the tiny dispute between the well-dressed bartended and the hammered old man a few seats from him, but it was when the girl was grabbed by the neck when Kellin decided to do something about it.
He wasn't even going to try to end it with his words, it was pointless, who would listen? Either way that wouldn't have been his first choice. Instead, Kellin quickly balled up his fist and swung it at the man, hitting him right in the cheekbone and sending him flying to the floor and letting go of the bartender. The old man had his head twisted to an unnatural state with an indented cheek bone and blood spilling out his mouth. The fear from the girl's eyes transferred to the old man's brown eyes, and it only made Kellin smirk. "Keep your nasty hands on your d*ck and away from her, you go that?" he snapped, his voice stern and a little scary. The old man staggered to his feet and was going to give Kellin a fist to the jaw, but all Kellin had to do was step foreword and give him another hard punch to the jaw just as the man was intending, but this time Kellin knocked the man right out.
He looked down at the man, a wee bit of blood on his right fist, but he didn't care. "Aha~ woops." Kellin muttered with a little laugh. He didn't mean to knock him out whatsoever, but it is was it is. Kellin looked back at the girl. She looked alright but in shock, "You alright, love?" he asked, his British origins clearly showing as he walked up the bar and gently taking her wrist. "he almost got ya there. At least you're not hurt."

Rose eyes grew even wider when she saw the man flash before her eyes. Where he once stood was another man, younger then the one before, but still was a sight. Rose looked at the man who saved her then turned her head to the man who had attacked her. He was now on the floor, his head turned in a way that the sight gave her shivers that crawled up her back. It was such a sight that Rose had never seen anything like it, of course she normally cleared out of this situations when they started to grow, because she very much disliked to watch them, unlike those who gather to see a show of terror. Rose was thankful to the man who saved her, but he could have done it with a little less force. For peace and love he hit the man no hard he was on the floor, blood coming from his mouth and his neck turned in a distasteful way.
Rose's blue eyes turned to her savor who started to move once again towards the man who some how manged to get back up on his feet, but it was easy to tell he was weak. Rose's attacker clenched his fists and seemed ready to fight back, but that didn't happen. He never had a chance to move before another hard hit knocked him back to the ground. This time he didn't get up. He was out cold and didn't seem like he was going to wake up anytime soon. Now the hospital would need to be called or some kind of phone would have to be made. If that didn't happen he would be placed in the back to rest tell he was better. Rose was not looking forward to tending to the man and all the others had been working here much longer so the responsibly would defiantly fall upon her. Of course they would use the old, 'it's your fault' trick on her since she was the one who rejected the man request to join him for a drink.
Rose turned her gaze once again from her attacker to her savor. A boy who looked younger then Rose, who was nineteen. His face had the youth like look to it, but his dark appearance was one that would not be praise by many. Something that she noticed most about the guy's face was his blue eyes. She found them to be very attractive. She found herself staring at them, but she snapped out of it when she felt an unknown warmth on her wrist. This one was not like the one before. It was soft, warm, and much more gentle. Rose let the man pull her up from the bar and she found herself standing up right once again. Taking a step forward she tripped on her other foot and stumbled forward placing her hand on his shoulder. For some reason she felt like her body was drained. It hit her like a wave, some unknown heat. She could feel her cheeks become flushed and her gaze became blurry. "Maybe I have worked to much this week?"

Kellin decided to leave this man on the floor, knowing very well he wouldn't remember what happened when he woke up in the infirmary with broken jaw and indented cheek. Granted, Kellin did feel a week bit bad for hurting the man but at least the bartender was safe. He wouldn't be able to live with himself if she got injured in any way. Kellin ducked in the right side of his lip, the black snake bite piercing falling between his teeth for a moment before letting it fall back out, visible to everyone. He decided to only wear once piercing today and even left out his ear piercing out as well. Maybe Kellin just felt a little more at ease tonight, but it didn't matter. Kellin was pretty different anyway. His hair was a dark brown- nearly black to most people, swooping to the right and with a dark grey 'Anthem Made' beanie on. He wore black plugs instead of the spacers in his ears as well, and he wore a black leather jacket with a tabletop underneath with jeans that went well with it. To sum it up, he wasn't a goth or an emo kid, but the kind if person you'd see at a rock concert maybe. Kellin just called it his individuality.
"You're just a little shaken up." He replied with a little half-smirk, the drunk feeling gone and replaced with compassion. He even took off his leather jacket and tossed it over her shoulders. He was left with a low-cut tabletop, exposing the tattoo on his chest that said 'I refuse to sink' in cursive and the anchor on his shoulders, linked to the tattoo on his chest, obviously. It told a story, but not a lot of people know what. "Maybe you should rest a little bit. Would you like a glass of wa'er?" His accent was coming and going as he spoke, such as the way he pronounced 'water'. Kellin did find it annoying at times, but people, especially girls, favoured the British accent over anything, so he tried to live with it. Occasionally Kellin would peek over to see if the man woke up, but so far he was still out. Good. The young man got her a stool to sit on for a while, and no one bothered her for a drink either, for they all saw what happened and respected her enough to let her recover. Since Kellin was British, and because his parents were very strict, being extremely polite, regardless of the person, was important since it put a good impression of him for the people he was with.

Rose took his kindness and sat in the var stool. She placed her elbow on the bar and then placed her forehead in her hand. Her hair fell over her shoulders and covered both side of her face leaving her back and neck exposed. Her breath was heavy, deep and slow. This fever that had finally kicked in was at a very bad level. Rose had been feeling the signs of a fever, but they were never this back to have such a big affect on her body that it left her weak and having a hard time focusing. It was a normal little dizzy moment and a cough her in there. Her nights were full of tissues and sneezes, but she had to work if she was going to be able to pay this weeks rent on the apartment. She was nearly there too. All she had to do was finish this week at the bar with a good positive influence and she would get her money, but now with this fever it seemed that was not going to happen.
Rose spook with a weak voice that could barley be heard over the sound of the blasting music that made everyone move and scream to be able to be heard of the beating speakers that were place all over the room, "A glass of water would be nice." Rose laid her head down on the bar and closed her eyes for a moment. Within seconds she was out and fast asleep.
The man who was behind the bar walked over to the two and handed the man a piece of paper. "I noticed she had not been herself for the past two days and I was getting worried. Now this, I'm sure that she had pushed herself to far and that her fever is really bad. Could you please take her home? I have written down her address, her number, and also mine if you have any troubles. I will get her things in the back room including her house key. You seem like a good boy for helping her out when I was to much of a old coward to help Miss. Rose. Please I'm begging you." The old man was pale with white hair neatly brushed back out of his face. He head very nice and warm green eyes that were honest and warm.

By the time Kellin was able to turn around, Rose was already asleep. As concerning as it made be, he couldn't help but smile a wee bit. It reminded him of his little sister in a way, the little girl that meant to world to him. Kellin was so eager to see her tonight when he came home, to see her waiting in the stairs like she always had been for the last two years of her life. Sadly, it seemed by the time Kellin will be coming home the whole hours whole will be asleep. Maybe not his mother actually. She would probably be wondering where he was, fearing for his life as she paced back and forth in the living room. Kellin set the glass of water on the bar and looked at the man who seemed to run the bar. It was nice how considerate he was of the girl, who he knew now was named Rose, and that he trusted him enough to take her home. "Thank you, sir." Kellin said with a slight nod. "She's defiantly coming down with something. Maybe a really bad cold. Excuse me for stating the obvious. She's in good hands, sir." Kellin smiled a little more and glanced back at Rose. It would be difficult to carry her to his car that was parked a bit of a walk away, and al the way to her home and up the stairs to her bedroom. Maybe it would be a good idea to wake her up for a little moment just so she can't get into the car at least.
"Rose~" Kellin whispered in her ear, gentle enough to not give her an unpleasant wake up. "Rose love, I'm going to take you home so you can rest for a while, alright?" Kellin fixed his light grey beanie and brushed his fingers into his dark brown hair and moving his fingers to the side so his bangs would keep their swooped shape. His blue eyes were fading in their vibrant colour, most likely from the alcohol and fatigue. He couldn't wait to sleep and his eyelids were growing heavy. "I'll help you walk if you need. Maybe carry you as well." Kellin was waiting for the man working at the bar to bring all her belongings here, and while he did that, Kellin brought out some of the money in his wallet to pay for his drinks. He noticed he didn't have that much money. He really needed to stop using it for weed, but it was an addiction and sometimes he'd get really bad cravings.

The old man nodded, "Thank you very much Sir, I will got gather her things." With that the old man walked through the bar, out, and into a door that had a sign reading 'Staff Only'. When inside he walked to Rose's locker opened it up and start to fill her back with her clothes that she had brought and things she would need when she got home.
Rose began to stir when she heard the whisper in her ear. Slowly she shifted her head and opened her eyes a little. Her vision was still a little blurry, but she could tell it was her savor who was speaking to her and saying he would help her once again. Rose felt so helpless today. She had to be rescued by a man for not being able to talk care of herself and now the same was willing to take her home because she had pushed herself to far and had weakened her body a great deal. "Thank you, but I think I can walk." Rose started to get up from the bar stool, but had to use the bar for support, maybe she wouldn't be able to walk on her own.
The old man came back from the back room with Rose's things. Walking over to Rose, who he was surprised to see standing, he held out her things. "Take care Rose, make sure to get lots of rest and don't worry about the rest of your work. I will take care of it and the money I earn I will give to you to pay off your rent." The old man helped slip Rose's bag on her shoulder and he held her hand and gave her a warm smile.
Rose returned the smile and spoke with a weak, but caring voice, "Thank you Roger. Take care of yourself and I will return to work when I am able to." Rose turned to the boy who was taking her home and she nodded as a sign she was ready to go.

(almost finished my picture of Kellin ^^)
Kellin patiently waited as they had a brief 'get well soon' conversation. As they talked, he examined her posture and knew she wouldn't be able to walk that much of a distance without loosing her balance. The young man glanced at his finished joint on the table, wondering if he should throw it out, which he ended up doing, but instead putting it in his pocket. Kellin knew if another employee were to discover marijuana in the bar counter it would cause a big problem, even if none of the other workers used it. Than he pulled out his phone, an iPhone 5 that he laid off the drugs to save up for. It was a great phone for sure and now he can use his earnings on drugs again. It's a long story why he engages in drugs but in his eyes it's a good reason. Kellin scrolled down his contacts list until he found the person labeled 'Mom', and tapped her name. He quickly sent her a text saying A friend of mine isn't feeling well and they can't drive. Gonna take them home so I'll be coming home late. Tell Izzy I said goodnight and I love her. (:
With a small smile he sent the text and locked his phone again, looking back at the two who seemed to have ended their conversation. "Alright, ready to go?" He asked, and without warning made Rose hop on his back. He wasn't going to let her walk to her home feeling like this. His phone vibrated, but he wasn't going to look at the next just yet. Not until he got her and himself in his car. With a nod of his head to Roger and started to walk out of the bar with Rose on his back. She wasn't heavy at all, so that made the trip a little easier. The phone vibrated again once he stepped out of the bar and knew he should get to his car before something happened, which had to do with Izzy. A couple minutes of walking later they got to his car, a used car, but a nice car. It was a white Honda with leather seats and heated seats at the front. Kellin gently put Rose on the ground and helped her into the front seat and strapping her in with the seatbelt, than taking her bags and putting them in the back seat. Kellin than got into his own seat and put he keys in the ignition, turning on the car and lowering the volume of the 'Pierce the Veil' album playing. Before he got going Kellin checked his phone again. His mother texted back.
Thats fine, honey. Thanks for letting me know. But Izzy isn't happy. Could you call and say goodnight?
Hurry. She's crying now.
Kellin looked at at Rose. "I just have to make a quick call, if you don't mind, love." He said before sailing his home phone number and holding the phone between his shoulder and cheek, putting the car in drive and driving away. The address was in one of the cup holders, and thankfully he knew where he was going. "Hey, mom." He said. "Put her on the phone. I can hear her crying..." After a moment a smile grew on his cheeks. "Isabella~" he sang softly. "Baby girl~ I'm here, stop crying... Big brother isn't coming home tonight- no not forever, silly. But you have to go to bed, okay? I'll see you in the morning, promise. Goodnight, Izzy. I love you~"

Rose didn't do anything to pull away when she felt Kellin's force. She hoped upon his back, her bag on her arm, her arms wrapped gently around his neck. He held her with very gentle arms and for some reason she felt this was all to familiar. Like she had been like this once before, but she could put a memory to help put the case to rest. Why did she feel like this? Yes another thing came across her to were she could not remember anything. She had forgotten people, places, and feelings apparently. Rose glazed at Kellin and then rested her chin on his shoulder and closed her eyes. She was not aware that her head began to rest upon his and she could feel her heart begin to feel at peace. For some reason she liked Kellin's scent. She could tell it was from his smoking, but she found it to be nice. She tightened her grip around him, but was not chocking him, and a small smile appeared on her face.
Rose opened her eyes when she felt Kellin to release her. Getting down on the ground she noticed they had pulled up next to a car and the passenger door was open and Kellin was ready to put her in the car. Rose went along with it and slipped herself in the car. It was very nice inside with the leather seats and such, but Rose was amazed that she was in a car. She had no such thing and normally took the bus or walked, in rushed moments she would take a cab, but it was rare. Rose began to reach for her buckle, but she noticed that Kellin at got to it first and was starting to buckle her. He was very much a gentleman and Rose liked that a great deal. She gently let go of her bag as he grabbed it. She watched him shut her door then he opened one of the back placing her bag in the lonely back seats. Hearing the door shut she watched him open the drivers door and take a seat.
Before they left he pulled out his phone, a phone 5, and read a text. Rose was rather envious of her Savior. He seemed to have all the money in the world. Of course maybe it was not his money, but a parents. What ever he did, he was lucky. Rose turned back to him as she spoke to her, "I just have to make a quick call, if you don't mind, love." Rose just smiled at him as her answer meaning yes. She then turned to face the front and lead her head back against the seat. She closed her eyes then began to listen to him speak. She heard him speak mom and another name, Isabella. He seemed to be very close to that person, judging how he was acting. Rose could not help, but smile as she listened to him. It was cute to hear such nice words coming from a living person, it seemed to give hope to the world that it was not all bad. Rose turned her head and gazed back at him, looking at him with gentle blue eyes and a warm smile.

After Kellin hung up the phone he looked at Rose and his cheeks went a little pink with a small smile he couldn't contain. She deserved an explanation of some sort. "That was my little sister, Isabella. She's four years old and she has autism." He explained, putting the car in drive and pulling his phone in the other cup holder. "She's everything to me." The car started to move and drive back onto the road. It was a good thing he wasn't that drunk, or as drunk as he felt. It was weird. His mind took over the drunk feeling other than the other way around. At least he can drive perfectly fine. Kellin fixed his swooped bangs at the front and bit on his snake piercing again, a nasty habit of his really. "Will you be alright on your own? I wouldn't mind helping you get better." He offered, not minding if she said no. They haven't known each other for that long after all, it would be a little awkward. But Kellin was just being friendly. It was his nature. Most of the time.
Kellin did get into a lot of fights with other people and is never nice to people he didn't like. Just like that man that tried to hurt Rose. And he did make a lot of bad decisions in his life and he still does and will today. Kellin isn't all innocent in the end, but it's hard to not be his friend if he's nice to you. His cravings for another smoke was growing again, but Kellin did his best to fight it off for long enough for later, in respect for his passenger. As he but onto his snake bite again, he hummed along to 'If you can't Hang', one of his favourite songs by Sleeping with Sirens, still driving down a country road.
A little while passed, and Kellin parked in the parking lot to a elegant looking apartment building. "We're here." He said to Rose with a soft voice, just incase she was sleeping again. He put the car in park and turned it off, his keys going in his pocket and grabbing his phone. Than he slipped out of the car and collected Rose's bag and Rose herself, holding her on his back again. You have to help me find your apartment to try to stay awake." He said with a soft voice, walking towards the apartment and locking the car from his keys. Kellin made his way into the apartment lobby and pressed the button for the elevator. His eyes were fading in its radiant blue colour into a dull blue-ish grey from being so tired. He couldn't wait to sleep, but for now he needed to care for his new friend. As he walked into the opened elevator, Kellin looked at all the floor buttons and pulled out the paper which had her floor number. He pressed it and they were taken up a few levels at the slow speed. "Which way is your room...?" He asked, stepping out of the elevator once it hit their desired floor.

Rose could not help, but smile when he told her about the phone call and the reason behind it. It was very cute in Rose's head. How a brother could love his little sister so much. "To have a family," Rose thought, "Sounds like the most wonderful thing in the world." For some reason, Rose felt like she should share something about herself since he had shared something very important about himself. "I had a mother and father once, but for some reason they are very faint memories. I don't remember much about them and I don't think I had any siblings. For some reason I can only remember being in Nova City and for some reason really wanting to stay here. I have no family that I am aware with and I don't live with anyone. I don't have much money so I work two jobs so I can support myself. Kind of silly for a 19 year old girl to be doing all this." Rose felt bad now that she had shared her story. It was more sad then anything. She turned her head away and looked out the side window.
Rose slowly opened her eyes at the sound of Kellin's voice. When she looked out her window she realized they had arrived at her apartment. Unbuckling herself she saw that Kellin had grabbed her bag and was coming for her. Opening the door she slowly got out and found herself once again on his back. Rose found this slightly amusing, but said nothing of it, nor did she giggle. She just rested her head upon his shoulder once again and closed her eyes. His scent filled her nose and for some reason put her at peace. His steady steps gave her a since of rhythm that was putting her to sleep. She was almost passed out when she heard the sound of the elevator door opening. She lifted her head and placed her chin on his shoulder. She watched as he pressed the button and then they started their journey up to her floor. When the door's opened they stepped out of the elevator to be greeted by a large golden mirror and fake purple flowers. "Go left and it's room 175," Rose said warmly in his ear. She once again placed her head upon his shoulder and closed her eyes.

Kellin looked in the instructed direction and started to walk down the hall. He scanned each door, looking at each set of numbers on the door until he found the correct number. "Here we are..." He whispered, digging him his jean pocket for the key to her apartment given to him by Roger. Within seconds they were in Rose's apartment. Kellin found the apartment very welcoming and very cozy to live in. "You have such a nice apartment~" he complimented, taking off his shoes in respect for her flooring and walked down the hall to find the master bedroom. Once he found it, the young man set her on her bed and cracked his back after. Kellin's back was a little stiff after being hunched over to carry her all the way here.
He set her bag on the floor, right next to her bed incase she needed it and took off his beanie, revealing the rest of his swept dark brown hair. Kellin brushed it up quickly using his fingers and flicked his head for the final touch. It wasn't that he cared about his hair like a girl, but he wanted it to look at least decent for people. "You should probably get that outfit off." He mentioned, putting the hat in his back pocket, even though half of it would droop out anyway. "It looks uncomfortable. And it would suck to sleep in that." He smiled a little and backed out the door. "You can go ahead and change into something more comfortable. The best thing to get it rest." Kellin slowly shutting the door and hoping she'd be alright changing on her own. Really it was just a cold, but he worried a lot about people, and everything in general. As we waited, he look out his phone again and checked his phone. His mother texted him again.
Isabella is sleeping now. Thanks. I'll wait for you to get home.
Kellin texted her back,
You need to sleep. I'll be fine it's no big deal. Nightt mom, love you.
Family really did mean a lot to Kellin. Especially his mother and Isabella. They were there for him, and he wouldn't be alive without them. His mother cared about him a lot and he appreciated that a lot. Unlike most guys Kellin had a great relationship with his mother. It made him feel bad for Rose, knowing she didn't ever have much of a family, everyone deserves a family who loves their children as much as Kellin does. He's gotten pretty lucky in his life, but it was one small thing that almost ended it, really.

Rose lifted her head and looked around her apartment. It was nothing special. When you first walked in it was a simple rectangle that had the kitchen in the back corner. A two person couch, coffee table, and a small tv. She had a few pictures here and there of art that she found to be beautiful. Their was once of a dance that was made out of water paint. Another was of a safari and it was also in water paint. The floor was wooden and was a light brown. The was were a simple cream, almost white. Standing in the doorway you face a small little hallway that had two doors, one of the left and the other on the right. The left was her bedroom that contained a double bed, a dresser, a full body mirror that hung on the white door and a window looking out at the city. Across from her room was the bathroom that had was elegant and simple white. She had a sink, cabinet under the sink, a medicine cabinet above, a shower/tub, and a toilet. The sink was to the left as you walked in, the shower in front, and the toilet to the right.
Rose was gently placed upon her maroon colored bedspread and rested her head against the black pillow. She placed a hand on her head and turned towards Kellin as he began to speak. "A change of clothes..," Rose said turned her blue eyes to the outfit that her boss made her wear. "Right, that's a good idea," Rose said raising herself up and swinging her legs to the side of the bed. She watched Kellin leave the room and she made her way over to her dresser that you could see right as you walked into the room. It was a dark wood and was smoothed and polished. The hands were a black elegant swirl bar. Pulling the top shelf she looked at her pajama selection. She picked out a small black undershirt and lime green short that were soft and fuzzy that had Party in black on her back. Taking off her work clothes she began to change. Putting her work clothes in her wall closet she shut the doors. Looking to her side she saw herself in the wall mirror that hung on her shut door. She looked terrible. Grabbing a black hairband she began to put up her long soft black hair into a high ponytail. When she was done she turned to her small window that looked out at the lit up city. It was dark and stars and moon were shining bright.
Rose placed her pale white hand on the door nob to turn and open the door, but for some reason she didn't want to. She wanted the boy to stay the night so she was not alone. Rose fell to her knees, her hands still on the door, why did she have to be human. She was not human she could live alone with no trouble. If she was dead she would not have to fight and work to live. For some reason, Rose's emotions took this time to let out what she had held inside. Wet salty tears began to stream down her cheeks and fall onto her lap. She tried to hold it in, but began to sob.

Kellin waited outside patiently, his hands in his leather jacket pockets as he bit onto his snake bite a few times. But the time she was alone in her room was fairly a long time, even for a girl. Seconds after he came to this realization he heard a thump, and than came the soft sobbing. "Rose?" He spoke, his voice soft, just like he would be in a situation like this with his mother. His mother seemed to be more emotionally weaker than Kellin has always been. She'd think to much and break down, crying in the middle of the night. Kellin was the only one who was able to comfort her. He was considered the man of the house without his father here. Granted, Kellin hated that man a lot. This situation only had one difference, this wasn't his mother. But that didn't mean he wouldn't so anything different.
