It was a typical winter day, it was sunny, but as cold as shit. Mocking Bird laid on a large rock, he wings folded under a jacket and her hood up for her own safety. She laid on her stomach, happy to be able to hide among these people. Finally I can relax, with hopefully no distractions. I just want to lay here all day, the sun is warm and even if this rock is cold I am happy relaxing. Mocking Bird thought. She touched the rock with her bare hand, it was cold, so she put her hand back into her mitten. She didn't wear a toque, but she was warm enough in her hood. So far no one had recognized her, which was great really. She was happily having a short break from her work.
Seamus rummaged through his clothes, looking for something to wear before attempting to talk to Mocking. He knew she was out there, somewhere, and he sure didn't want to look like a slob when they met again. His aim was to talk to her; try to get her to loosen up and at least accept him as a friend. Sooner or later, he settled on a pair of dark jeans, as well as a nice shirt with a dark brown jacket to cover him up. With this he began, searching for her, hoping to find her.

Mocking touched the water with her figure tips, feeling the cold water through them. It was cold so she soon pulled her arm back and whipped the water on her coat and put her hand back into her mitten. She never felt lonely in her own mind, she wasn't going to look for anyone. She sat up and leaned back onto the rock behind and brought her legs up and put her right over her left.
Seamus had been searching for a few hours, checking mostly with the locals to see if they had seen Mocking wondering around. Of course they hadn't though, she was much too good of a spy to be caught by the average human. Therefore Seamus's only other lead was where he had seen her before, so he headed out into the wilderness to first look through the forest for any signs of her. She had mentioned some house on a mountain...maybe she'd be there?

Mocking was far from the forest, she was actually in town, something she didn't do often. She then heard someone say. "There have been more murders." it was a gasp and soon Mocking Bird turned to see two women, none of which were familiar. They were looking at a newspaper and Mocking Bird was glad that the one said that, now she knew. She decided to go, but the soon began to go, they were not going to stay much longer. She would soon have alone time once again.
Finding not even a trace of her, Seamus took off for the mountains. She had to have left some form of clue up there, didn't she? It was driving him crazy that he could not figure out where she was. All he wanted to do was talk to her, try to reason with her. Good luck with that one... Still, there was nothing, he couldn't even sense her thoughts. So he began up the mountain, hoping to find that cabin she had mentioned.

Mocking Bird thought now that Seamus had given up on her and honestly that just made this relax day all the much better for her. She was smiling as she watched the calm waves lap up into the shore. Her red hair was hidden by her hood, she couldn't let her red hair be seen, it would make it too easy to find her.
As he climbed to a ledge, a faint voice of a thought reached his mind. It was a fragmented thought, but he was able to discern one part of it. ...gave up on her, which made her relaxing better... "That was about me...wasn't it..." he said quietly to himself as he pulled himself up to a ledge to sit on. What was he supposed to do now; she obviously did not want to see him, and disrupting her could be a bad way of breaking the ice. So he just sat their, legs dangling over the cliff, watching the girl in the distance with the long red hair.

Mocking Bird was now down here, she stood up and began to walk into the forest, this had been a good break day, but it couldn't be nothing, she would fly. Then she was far enough to begin to do that, her wing flapped and she soared into the air at full speed. She twirled and swiveled through the trees, the she landed by the lake and decided to stay here for a while, it was more quiet.
Her wings of black glimmered in the sky as he watched her fly. There she went, his one chance of love. Or rather, where is heart decided to shove itself. He had no control in this matter, but he couldn't get away from her. He wanted her to return the feeling. But alas this could not be forced, so he got to his feet and began walking around the cliff, heading down the mountain. He had found her; now it was time to return home.

Mocking Bird laid on the grass, she had seen him, but he hadn't noticed. "Why do you care?" Mocking Bird whispered. She didn't understand, she was a dark angel, the angel that people would say 'Even angels can be bad.' It was almost like a quote that Datk Angels lived by.
Because all is not as it seems to be...there are some things even a spy can miss... Seamus didn't turn back. He did not slow down. He just kept walking down the mountain, away from her so she could use her day of rest as a peaceful relaxation.

Mocking Bird decided to go to her home and call her father if she could at least. She flew fast and was soon at the door, smiling, wanting to hear from her father so early. She walked in and saw a message on the machine, this confused her, it could only be her father or... She played the message and she heard what she wanted, her oldest friend would be coming to help her. Mocking Bird screamed with joy, as if she had gone mad. Jay was coming, he was.
(Oh dear GOD! Now I am going to have to fight over you with someone who's personality is closer to yours? F*** me....)
Seamus cringed slightly, as her immense joy was easily heard from a much farther range than a normal thought. If he had thought that he was losing her before, perhaps now all hope had been lost. Just from what he could tell, he had absolutely no chance over this guy any day of the week. She was happy to see him, nearly squealing with joy. As for Seamus, he could barely eke out a smile from her. That may have been once, or a hallucination. In any case, the pain clenched in Seamus's throat, and for the first time since he determined Sky was gone forever, he cried.

(There needs to be fighting... and more dark angels.)
Jay was Mocking's best friend and she hadn't seen him in so long. My best friend, he is coming, can't wait, he has been gone so long to train in combat, I miss him. Mocking thought. She soon got up to get Jay's room ready.
