Toby is a very average man, lanky, not too tall.But he likes his hair, a lot actually. He takes care of it with lots of TLC to keep it soft. His hair his short and a bit shaggy but still well kept. It's a soft cinnamon color mixed with streaks of caramel.
He dresses very casually and doesn't pay much attention to matching his outfits.
His eyes are a sort of dark amber. Again, he's pretty average.

History:
Toby was born a bit of a problem child to his two diplomatic parents. His parents were strict and taught politic correctness and other terms in the ways of polotics, but Toby was never really interested. But things really went wrong when his dad found out about his 'secret'. Being diplomatic, his father was horrified and kicked him out of the house. As a last resort, Toby left for Nova City in search of a haven.
