October giggled and ran along side Alec, racing towards the small playground. She'd played on something similar to this, only there had been more tires and wood than plastic sets and chains that swung. He let go of her hand and that was okay, he wasn't going anywhere. She sat down, lifting her feet off the ground and kicking. Slowly, she ascended and increased speed as she swung. She laughed and hummed a little tune, occasionally looking over at her companion and smiled brightly. Had she made a friend? Two maybe? Counting his mind 'friend'.

Alec watched her as she swung, giiggling and humming like she didn't have a care in the world. He was kinda jealous of it. Now he tried to swing. Alec pumped his legs back and forth like she did and was starting to get motion, than he got higher and higher. He's never been on a swing and he was a little afraid to fall off, but that's what the chains to hold on to was for. He started to laugh, enjoying the wind in his face as he started to swing in sync with his new friend. Was this what Bloo lead him here to do? Now he's made a new friend that he really liked so now he was... Happy.

She watched him slowly get up to speed, he had it, but to her, he wasn't going high enough. October planted her fet to the ground and skidded to a stop. The anklet beeped but she ignored it and hopped up. She ran around the swings, careful as to avoid his feet. She got behind him, as he backed up, she placed her hands on his back and pushed. October wanted to help him go higher, that was always the goal of the swings.

Alec was enjoying himself, feeling that he's reaches the limit of height on the swing, but than suddenly he felt pressure on his back, and he was going twice as high as his 'limit', his agley changing in the air as he was left stunned. He swung back, going fast and as he came to the end of the back swing, he saw his friend below, realzing she was the one giving him that boost. Alec swung again to the front, this time a smile on his lips which tuned Ito a cheerful laugh. He wished they had these at the asylum. If they did, he'd be on it all day. Maybe Bloo would be on the other swing, competing to see who would swing higher.

October continued to push her new friend on the swing. She didn't mind the absence of communication mow, she were doing just fine! But other questions ran through her head. How long could he stay? Could she come with him? She frowned, but wiped from her face, no, this wasn't the time for that.

Speaking of going back home, he heard his name being called. He tried to ignore it until he saw the women in their baby blue nurses uniform. He let gravity stop him from swinging as the nurse walked up to him and his friend. "Alec! There you are buddy!" she said as if she was talking to a toddler. It was pointless since Alec didn't understand anything but his private language. The nurse took out a clip attached to her nurses uniform and attached it to a metal latch on the pocket of his uniform. It was designed to keep him from running away. "We have to go back home now. Common." as she walked she realized Alec didn't move. He really didn't want to leave the park, and especially his friend. "Alec," she said, a lot more sternly. "Let's go now. Say goodbye to your friend." Alec took October's hand, really not wanting to leave her. They were having so much fun!

October stopped pushing him and got up. A woman was running over and she didn't like it. The woman had the vibe of an ignorant person, very ignorant. Alec garbbed her hand and she held on. Unlike the boy, October knew some words and was able to understand a bit of what she was saying. She shook her head vigorously and stepoed behind him. Her blue eyes traveled diwn to his pocket where the latch was. Maybe she could.... No, not now. She'd let him handle it first.

As the nurse pulled harder on his latch, Alec resisted harder. He glanced back at October hoping she'd help him. "Alec, common you need to go to bed now. It's late." she insisted sternly, grabbing his arm and holding it tight. Alec whimpered and tried to pull away. "Alec! You're being very bad right now!" she snapped, pulling a needle from her pocket and taking off the rubber top so it was now able to piece skin. It went strait into Alec's arm and the boy let out a painful yelp. His grip on October's hand loosened and it seemed his while body went limp. His nurse helped him on his feet and held his arm around her shoulder. The nurse scanned his friend out and smiled softly. "Thank you for keeping him safe." she remarked, brushing the hair on the back of Alec's head. "I'm sorry if he was an inconvenience to you he can be a pain sometimes." after a moment of silence the nurse titled her head. "Can you speak?" she asked, haying gestures as she spoke.

October whimpered as her friend was walking away from her. She felt vulnerable now. Alec's grip loosened and he fell into step by the nurse. She lost it. October looked at the nurse and shook her head, no, she couldn't speak. Tears pricked her eyes and she scooted closer to Alec, her hand hovering above the small clip. And, as if by magic, the metal melted, dripping onto the grass. She looked up at the nurse then back to the Alec. She didn't want him to leave. She wanted to come too.

The nurse didn't see the metal melt at all, but it seemed Alec had formed a bond with this girl. She seemed protective of him and it would be horrible to Alec to wake up and not see his friend by him; and all at the some time he sound a smart reason to bring her back to the asylum. "Would you like to come hone with Alec?" she asked, Bice and slow just incase she couldn't understand many words, Like Alec, who knew none at all. She also spoke with a few hand gestures in case she knew sign language. "We can teach you to speak. We are going to start with Alec soon and you could learn with him."

Home? She tilted her head. She'd never really known that word well. Mostly it was at the police station or with the other inmates. Speaking of which, how would the sheriff take this? Wouldhe come get his prixzed weapon? But she didn't want to leave Alec either. "Yuh" She noded her head. Like before, she knew very few words. Yes was Yuh, and no was nu. It like a baby talking. October could learn though, even better, with someone she actually enjoyed.

The nurse nodded excitedly and held out her hand for October to take. "Alec is going to be so happy to see you when he wakes up!" she exclaimed, carrying Alec into a truck and putting him on a bed installed inside it. He was strapped in and a white Teddy bear was placed by his cheek. The nurse closed the back doors and locked them, escorting October into the passenger seat and hoping into her own seat. "Let's go home!" hone meant re sylum, high is never considered home at all. It was a horrible place and stressed alec out a lot.

October took the hand hesitantly, her hand was cold, almost lifeless. But where Alec went, she went too. October didn't trust this woman to take actual care of her friend. Once inside the truck, she took a seat in the back at the end of the bed, she fiddled with her fingers and waited silently, every once and awhile looking up to the driver seat and then to Alec. October pulled her feet up, pulling her knees to chest and hugging them. She fingered the small anklet still attached to her ankle. It was only unlockable by treatment of her regular doctor man who usually checked it when it broke her something.

(Woww it's been a while )
The ride to the asylum didn't take long, which is why they would let him walk around alone. Alec was half awake but jot aware of his surroundings just yet. His nurse opened the door and muttered Alec's name softly. "hey, we're home. Wakey wakey..." Alec moved his head and moaned a little like anyone not wanting to wake up on the morning. He was helped into a wheelchair and wheeled into the asylum. The atmosphere was cold and creepishly silent. Alec didn't move and kept his head down until they put him into his medium sized room. Than they put him on a metal chair, allowing his friend into the room and than shutting the door and locking it from the outside so Alec wouldn't escape. Alec sat in the chair for a moment before slowly getting off and sitting on the floor instead, pushing the metal chair against the wall. He had no idea that October was present.

(OMG! You came back! TuT -glomps-)
October stood silently, fumbling with her hands and pressing her nails into her palms. She felt oddly uneasy, as if the ride here had been intense enough. She felt the white walls were crushing and she felt like she was always being spied on. The girl wanted to run, this didn't feel like home. but she didn't want to leave her newest companion either. The woman that led them seemed plastic, as if metallic. This whole place felt fake.
Finally, after endless halls and countless doors, her journey ended at a good sized room. It felt slightly more homey, but the whole blind theme was getting chaotic to her eyes. But finally, the woman left, leaving Alec dazed with her. Suddenly October felt a bit safer, even if still confused, she was at least out of the eyes of the bad people, whoever they were. She stood by the door awkwardly, her mind working furiously. But to no real affect. October frozen, watched dumbfounded, as her friend stood, pushed the chair by the wall, and sat back down on the floor. She didn't trust the floor.
The girl slowly walked forward, her round eyes open and watchful. She started cooing, sort of calling out and making small noises. Her knees buckled and she slowly slid to her knees, eventually leaning back on her calves. Her head tilted, her bleached hair falling in the advantage of gravity.
