Sam laid down on the pourch swing outside of his home. His sister, Agenta lived with him because she was too young to live alone. Unless it was to hide from the police. They were known, but luckily no one accused them, knowing there unfortunet past. Soon rain began to pour and by the looks pf it a storm was brewing. There could be a down pour, but where he was, was fine. There was a roof over his head and it was safe.
Claw hiss with annoyance as the rain began to pound down on her back, she had been going out for a nice flight when out of no where it suddenly started to rain. She swooped down to the porch of her apartment, but before she came close she noticed there was someone else nearby. She turned and went to the side of the building, folded her wings up, and laid her ears flat back on her skull so that no one could see them, then calmly walked back onto the porch and relaxed on a chair where she could dry out a little before going inside her apartment building.

Sam wasn't paying attention. He felt that something bad was going to happen and he had to protect his sister. Sam was a little over protective, but he didn't want his sister to get hurt.
She sighed as she heard the rain patter on the roof and thunder rumbled in the distance. This was obviously going to be a long storm, and she was itching to go off and fly into the city. She wanted to hurt someone. She was predator, they were prey. She had found someone that looked mean enough to die, but now that it was raining, she didn't want to get struck by lightning or get to wet. Her eyes slid over to the person sitting on the porch, he looked easy, helpless, she looked at his soft, bare neck, so easily ripped open. She shook her head and looked away. She had no reason to hurt this person, he seemed nice, she she still felt the urge. She dug her claws into the chair, No, she thought I'm not going to hurt him.

Sam toke a look at the girl. Then looked away thinking she might have lost the key to her home and was waiting for her parents to come home and let her inside. Or she wanted to watch the storm. Sam coul sense lightning coming near, due to his eletric powers.
She growled, deep and low in her throat, she looked back at him again, her eyes becoming red and her iris's narrowed into slits. She tore her eyes away and jumped out of the chair, she needed to go, she needed to kill. She ran away into the storm and and growled a little louder as she felt herself getting wet. She saw a little squirrel scuttling across the ground and impaled it with her claw and she sighed with satisfaction as she heard it squeak its last sound of life. She shook herself, her head clearing, and she worried at what the person on the porch would do, she hoped she wasn't still with in eyesight of him. She looked back and could see him, but she had very good vision and didn't know if he could still see her, she hesitated, the took off running again, not wanting to fly in case she got struck by lightning.

Sam couldn't see any one. He stepped out into the rain. He made the lightning redirect and hit him. It didn't hurt, it charged him, he could always use eletricity. Sam just liked to be extra charged. It was also fun to play with the lightening like this. He kept watching and then he made the lightening carry him up, hardly though. Then he was back on the ground. He couldn't use it to fly, only to float when there was a storm.
Claw heard the crackle of the bright flash of lightning behind her. She stopped in her tracks, it seemed to close the the houses, what if they all burned down? She didn't know what to do.
Claw turned around and gasped as she saw the lightning make shapes in the air, nothing like that would happen in nature, and the houses weren't burning down. She ran back to her apartment building to see what was going on.

Sam then stopped. "I still got it." Sam muttered to himself. It was too much of a risk to keep going. When they found out who the murder was he would be putting on shows.
