As soon as Claw had seen the nurse come back in the room she had casually leaned back and fallen out the window. Once she was a good distance away she spread her wings and flew towards the trees, hiding in one and waiting for him to come out. Once she saw him come out the building she had slid down the tree and ran over to him. "Right here, let's go." she said. "Are you sure you're gonna be all right? You didn't look so good back at the lake."
James smirked, "I'll be fine for now, they drugged me with something good, not to mention I stole a bit of medicine to keep me alive for the next couple months. If I need more I'll just keep copying." he said confidently. by now his clone will have disappeared, he probably wouldn't be welcomed back, but he didn't care too much. "So what do you want to do?" he asked with no idea on what to do. He was better so there was no urgent need or anything.
"Well, I don't think I've told you about the group yet, so I'm just gonna get started on that." she swallowed another bite of her sandwich. "I started a group that connects like all the monsters around here so we all know each other. We help rescue each other if we caught, and maybe one day we can stop the humans from even trying to catch us all together." She grinned, "So what do you think?"
James nodded as he listened and walked at the same time. "I think your all crazy. Not all humans are bad and besides. no matter how many times you'll try to wipe them clean, there will always be that one who spoils the bunch. Like a rotten apple almost. You can't make hatred disappear. But, the safety and such sounds good, I won't kill, that's not in me. but I will help protect in return of being protected." He explained glancing at her. "Is there a meeting place or just what?" he asked.
Claw sighed, exasperated. Once again, she wasn't completely understood. She doesn't kill innocent people, she kills people who deserve it, but she decided not to bother with the details right now, she would do that later. "Well, last time we met at the cove, and we're planning on meeting again at the meadow. We're introducing a bunch of new people there, you can come if you want."
James nodded, "Sure, for the greater good of monsters right?" he asked with a chuckle. The meadow wasn't too far away, he'd get there in less than thirty minutes if he was in good shape. "We should start moving, the hospital might send out a search party." he said ushering Claw along the covet of trees.
Claw laughed and looked behind her. No one was coming yet, but they would soon. "Yeah, your right, good thing they put a bunch of trees nearby or running away would be a lot harder." She smiled brightly, this was fun, she didn't know why but it was. She laughed again, just cause she felt like it. She wished she felt like this more often.

"Yeah, talk about idiots." He scoffed looking back just as a siren wailed and staff rushed through the automatic doors. "What a fuss I've made." James clicked is tongue off the roof of his mouth, his blue eyes bright. He rushed into the treeline making a beeline towards the forest. The hospital was so close it was funny. He looked back for Claw, maybe even if she didn't think of him as family, he did. James didn't have Will, he had Claw for now.
Claw climbed up a tree once she reached the small forest. "You wanna come up?" she asked, grinning. She dug her claws into the wood, a little deeper then she wanted to, but that was okay, and began to climb up. She dodged and weaved between the branches jutting out of the tree, and blew away the leaves as they landed on her upturned face. Once, a leaf fluttered towards her face, and she growled, and swat her claws at it, ripping it the shreds. She frowned, her bloodlust was settling in. That wasn't good, she didn't want to ruin the fun yet, but she would have to kill someone soon.

James nodded and started up the tree a lot slower than Claw. He clamber over them until he sat beneath Claw with his legs dangling. He laid sideways, his limbs free to hang from the thick branch, "Is this what you do for fun?" He asked not taking notice of the shredded leaf that landed on his torso. James put his hand on his eyes to block the sun from screwing them up.
Claw grinned, "Pretty much, but I do, there's not much to do around here, but I do other things..." She trailed off, she almost wished she hadn't said that. He might ask and she would have to answer. She smiled though, and started carving something in the tree, just like that cave drawing, she didn't know what it was yet, she just started drawing.

James nodded watching intently on what ever she was doing. "Like that? What are you doing?" He asked his voice soft. He didn't ress on what kind of things, if it was private then he had no right to intrude.
Claw didn't notice he said something at first, she was to engrossed in her drawing. "Hmm?" she said dreamily. "Oh, nothing really, at least not yet." She sighed and put her hand down. She had drawn enough for now. She needed to get back to that cave drawing, she hadn't finished that one yet, which reminded her of something. She smiled, and squeaked her high-pitched squeak, that couldn't be heard by normal human ears. "Wait a second..." She said, holding up her finger. She turned her ears up, and listened carefully. She heard the flap of small, little wings nearby. She grinned, and looked towards that direction. There he was, Cuddly. She squeaked again, and the bat squeaked bat and landed on her shoulder. She stroked him gently with her finger, and he snuggled up closer.

James shrugged, folding his arms behind his head. He wasn't an artist anyways. He watched as Claw got distracted, looking up to see a small black bat. They seemed to communicate, a demon bond thing? James shook his head, unfazed by the bat, "So you do have a friend? Bats are pretty cool." James closed his eyes imagining an entire colony of bats, with Claw as their leader. He gave a low chuckle and started plaing with a leaf in his hand, twisting it and duplicating it, he started to weave them in with twigs too. "How about a quilt?" He asked hoding up a creaion that looked somewhat like a blanket.
Claw laughed, "Yeah, I have friends." She considered everyone in the group her friend, anyone that would help her with anything was a friend. She looked over at his leaf blanket thing, "That's pretty cool." she said, "Not sure if it would be super comfortable."
