Monster/Power:Ghost/turn into regular human form, go through walls, turn invisible, use ectoplasm as both a light source and a weapon and summon objects ect...mostly things ghosts can do.
Personality: Being in the millitary, Steven was taught to be kind to all and to help whenever he could. That is why one of his qualities is, helpful.
Also, being in the millitary taught him one thing, hard work and honestly can do anything that is how he earned the trait hard working.
When he grew up, he was a runner and he was determined to do well. That is why he is dedicated.
Looks: Steven is 5 ft, 9in with brown hair. His stunning green eyes are the most colorful thing on his body. He is exaptionaly pale which is the only giveaway that he is a ghost. His ears are quite elven and his teeth are a nice ivory color. He has a buzz cut and normally wears asics running shoes, athletic shorts, and a black t-shirt.
History:
Steven grew up in a smal town in the state of Ohio. His life was quite normal until middle school. He began to run and odd things happened. People he knew disappeared and the police were on a manhunt for monsters. His family was forced to move. Then he entered middle school in Centerville, Ohio. He was a decent runner and by age 15 it all begsn to happen.
Everyone told him he was ghostly pale and at age fifteen, he found out he was a ghost. It was at a funeral. He saw a bright light and a transparent body not moving. A great voice which he believed was god, told him that if he took the body of the ghost as part of his, he would be rewarded. He gained odd powers such as the ability to go through walls and regernerate his human body if he is in ghost form.k most people. Not shocked, he decided to use his powers for good in the United States Navy. He soon had to leave the navy due to nearly being discovered being chased by United States officals, he fled to Nova City hoping there were other monsters there.
Likes:Doing what is right, weapons, partying and eating.
Dislikes:Police, traffic, no being able to control his powers and jails.
Skills:Fighting, raising moral, he is a good distance runner since he ran cross country growing up, can handle nearly any weapon, is a decent negatiator, and is good with money.
Abilities: Can turn invisible, go through walls, regenerate his human body if damaged, can turn from human to ghost, use ectoplasm and can eat like regular humans.
Stregnths:Can easily blend in with humams, is pretty strong, good distance runner so he has high levels of endurance, and is well educated.
Weaknesses:It is easy for him to be noticed due to his paleness, he is often too generous with his money and is kind to all.
