"Plan? I have no plan till we actually find something that's anywhere close to a clue." Not long after he said that did the bushes on the tree line begin to rustle. "Well maybe that's our first hint then?"

He was kidding, right? He had to be kidding. He didn't have a plan at all. Well, so much for her faith in her getting her stuff back. "You should never be a detective," she stated, giving him a look. Especially when he said that rustling bushes was their first clue. But, then again, what else did they have to go off of. "And what exactly is your plan for the mysterious bushes?"

"First Private Eye Sky, did you have any better ideas? And my plan? Chase it!" After giving her a quick peck on the cheek he dashed into the woods, through the trees and brush, looking for the thing that had made the noise.

So he was suggesting she run through woods without shoes and in a bathing suit. If she didn't get anything stuck in her foot or a scratch, it would be a miracle. He left before she had anytime to make a sarcastic reply, and she huffed for a moment. Well, she wasn't just going to stand here and wait. Sky went after him, more jogging than running, looking more for him than for whatever he wanted to chase. "Seamus?" she called, hugging her arms around herself and stopping for a few moments to see if he responds.

Seamus stepped out of the woods and tossed her the shoes that she had lost. "That's all I've found so far. You alright?"

Her shoes. Sky never thought she'd been so glad to see a pair of shoes before. The ground was uneven and littered with every disgusting thing she could think of, but now she had shoes so she didn't have to step in any of it. She almost felt like kissing him. Quickly and clumsily she tugged them on, almost falling over a few times while she tried to balance on one foot. When she was done she looked at him. "Where'd you find these? Might give us some clues."

Before she could finish the thought of kissing him, he kissed her softly on the lips, then turned back and continued searching. "Just out in the middle of a clearing. It was really weird..."

He was totally taking advantage of the mind control thing. She rolled her eyes at him, almost wanting to nudge him, but that could wait. It was weird that he just... found her shoes, she agreed. It would only make sense if whatever took her belongings was playing with them. Or trying to lead them somewhere.

"Let's go see what's in that clearing," she said, motioning for him to lead the way.

Seamus nodded and led her through the forest, to the clearing in which he had found her shoes. "Well this is the location. Not much here to be honest..." He looked around, looking for something that may help them further.
